Upon entry to room, its hot and you are hit with the heavy mildew smell that is characteristic of a beach town... the AC removed it fairly quickly. The AC leaking water all over the floor made for some wet socks. In the morning, there was no breakfast or anything. The staff did make a pot of coffee upon my request, so that was nice.

I would appreciate a cleaner room. The check in was via digital kiosk with someone being inkin online that limits how much help you can ask compared to in person. It said breakfast included but it was actually coffee only. Parking was good.

The hotel was in a good location close to restaurants and gas stations. It was also close to the Air Force base which also has its advantages. My individual room was not as clean as I would have liked it, as the phone in the room was filthy and there were fairly large crumbs on the floor possibly from the previous occupant. There were also strands of hair on the towels and facecloths. With that said, I will try this hotel again. I spoke to Super 8 management, and they took my concerns seriously. I have a family in the Air Force at the local base and would like to stay close by while paying a reasonable room rate.

The room was clean but very basic. There was adequate parking and the heating system kept my room comfortable. But once again it was so basic and it reminded me of a "stay weekly hotel." I would never go back
Why is there a cord hanging from the ceiling to turn the light on?
The pillows were not comfortable at all. The pillowcases had a dingy look to them. The bed was not comfortable either.
There were no rugs on the floor. I know this makes for easy clean up but the bare floor was cold. The blanket on top of the bed was very thin and cheap material
I'm so glad I brought my own toiletry bag. If I didn't, who in the world can take a bath with that small soap? There were no other toiletries to use.

I'm was disappointed with the facility. The moment you enter the small lobby, the stench of smoke was sickening. The condition of the building is not great. It needs a good paint job. All the rooms doors and hallways need a good paint job. The lamp shades in the rooms are dirty. The bedspread had cigarette burned holes and spots with stains. Need better furniture in the rooms. The bath tub was yellow and brown. We were moved to another room. The whole place needs a good cleaning. No soap, hair shampoo, and conditioner in the dispensers. The tissue holder empty. If you're preparing for a guest, management should make sure these things are in place. I will not be using Super 8 by Wyndham any more. Management really needs to spruce up the place. Get a loan and invest in fixing up the place. The location was convenient for us. But, never again! ..

My Room Flooded With Water From an Upstairs Leak. I Payed Money In Advance an Explained My Working Situation, Due to The Flooding I Was Only Able To Sleep 3hrs of The 7hrs I Was There. They Are Going To Tell You Someone is There 24\7 But That's a Lie No Attendant is There, Only Person Who is There is on a Out Of Country Kiosk Representative [Bunny]& [ Paul] Were No Help. I Left In 7hrs Of My Stay No One Was There To Check My Room At My Check into Which I Explained to [Bunny] My Working Situation An He Agreed Someone Would Be Physicaly Onsite 24/7 So I Lost My $50 Deposit!!! The Room & Bathroom Was Dirty!!! And Water Flooded I Was Highly Disrespected as I Paying Customer an Endup Losing $140 For 7Hrs Stay In a Flooded Hotel Room All While After Working a 12hr Shift Honestly The Super8 Wyn Hampton On Thomas st Was My #1 Worst Stay So Far In 40yrs Of Living!!!

Very horrible from beginning to end from walking into the building people hanging out look like crackheads in the parking lot inside was very dirty. The room was filthy. The room was not cleaned. The hallways were horrible. The whole experience was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. In fact, I lost money. I checked in and never stayed one night in there in fact did not even stay. 5 minutes. I left out and went and found a much better hotel. Very horrible experience.
