"Clean room, incredibly kind helpful staff, cute outdoor pool and convenient location. Vegetarian breakfast was also super delicious! Only small complaint is that staying on the first floor near the elevator can be a bit loud from other guests entering/leaving. Wasn't an issue for me but if you are a light sleeper it might be something to stay aware of. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The staff and experience was positive- friendly and helpful. I wish the trash was taken when they cleaned the room- we did not know where to take our trash- otherwise the beds were made nicely and fresh towels provided upon request. It was a positive experience staying with your hotel!"

"We stayed on the level suite. This suite was perfect for our family of four. We enjoyed the exclusive benefits of being a level member primarily dining in a private lounge. I used a spa facilities which were excellent. Bow, juliette and her team were terrific. Great roof top bar. Improvement: Its a jack and jill bathroom with no lock. Also no doors between dressing room and bathroom. Very clean, great location, fluke and the concierge desk were super helpful. Thankfully we could project to the TV in the room and follow the world cup."

"Icon Park Hotel was a great place to stay in Chiang Mai. The location was excellent, with shopping, restaurants, and several attractions nearby. One of the best khao soi restaurants in the city was even within walking distance, which made it easy to enjoy one of Chiang Mai's signature dish. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and generously sized, so they never felt cramped. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered great value for the price. It was an excellent home base for exploring Chiang Mai, and I would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed here for 1 week and upgraded to the horizon club and it was worth it. The team there are so super helpful and friendly and really good with kids. They have a kids corner with activities and kids splash pad area and kids pool which kept our 4 year olds very entertained. The service was great and breakfast was delicious. I can’t speak much to the location as we didn’t leave the hotel lol."

"L'hôtel était parfait, bien situé, propre, le personnel était courtois et avenant. Nous avons eu une chambre de 12 places, très grande, mais les douches étaient désuètes et fonctionnaient partiellement. Le seul autre bémol est le fait qu'on nous vend beaucoup d'excursions avec compagnie (beaucoup plus chers que si on y va pas nos propres moyens). Le déjeuner est excellent, mi-anglais, mi-thailandais et change à chaque matin. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation."
