"The staff was very kind and welcoming. As a small family traveling the hotel very safe and warm to us. Will most definitely be coming back. The kitchenette was a added touch and great add-on to our room."

We had two homeless people drinking outside our room at the table and chairs out front which we told the front desk when morning cam one was passed out on the table. Called to ask for the manager or manager and was told manager was away for the next couple day but would get him to call. After a few days we did not hear back and we called them was told the manager was not still not available, the desk person asked and we told her about what we found and asked us to send the pictures to her which we did. Again we never had a return call so we called again and was told that the manager was still not around. The health board should be contacted "
