"The room was dark and a bit dreary. The bathroom needed new lights but staff couldn’t change them. The water park was nice but the kids slide needed some padding at the bottom. Our room only had 3 towels for 6 people but they did bring some up. Staff was friendly but I probably won’t stay again."

"Hotel is like a maze. Certain elevators connect only to certain rooms. If you're on the 4th floor you have to use a wheelchair lift to get there unless you want to drag your suitcases up a flight of stairs. Layout was weird and confusing. Stained glass windows are sagging out of their frames and there is gum in the window wells on the 4th floor. Lobby is beautiful, but fireplace puts out no heat and it's cold in there. This is a biking city and elevators are so small, you can't bring your bikes to your room. They have a storage closet for bikes that is down a narrow flight of stairs with a sharp turn at the bottom. It was very awkward trying to get bikes in and out of there. You also have to get a receptionist to open the door each time. Often the receptionist was busy and it required a long wait. Also, when you book, you may be staying in a room off site. This is not explained on the website. Overall, not a great experience."

"Great trip for my family. The outdoor pool wasn’t open yet and the indoor pool and hot tub got crowded. Good breakfast with lots of pastries and bagels. Clean maintained property. Room was clean and had the basics. Great area with restaurants within walking distance. Perfect little getaway!"

"This cabin exceeded our expectations! Beautiful setting, wildlife, very clean, and well appointed. We did some cooking and it had everything we needed. The deck is delightful for relaxing and dining. We also appreciated the large dining table to play games. I hope we are able to stay again and absolutely recommend!"
