The lady on the check in desk was so lovely, she made us feel so welcome, we love that they have the communal lounge area with games and that we could of had use of the kitchen if we wanted. Location to the hotpools is excellent and they supply excellent size towels, we will definitely be back.

It was a very nice stay, but the only thing was when you walked out of your room it smelt Smokey due to the fireplace and I could smell it coming through the DVR system.
