Apartment 'Krobjinski' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

A cozy attic apartment (approx. 45 sqm) on the 1st floor. It is perfect for a couple or to share with 2 friends/colleagues. There is 1 bedroom and 1 living room, which can be used as a 2nd bedroom. There is a comfortable sofa bed with a proper mattress and slatted frame (1.30x2m). There is also a shower room, a kitchen area with dining area. A dishwasher is available as well as a vacuum cleaner. For children there is a crib with bed linen and a high chair. These are available on request. Children's crockery is available in the apartment.



In the entrance area of the house there is a washing machine and a tumble dryer for shared use.



A terrace with garden furniture is available.

In the period from May to September, an unheated outdoor pool is available for shared use.

A barrel sauna can be used on request for a fee. One pet is allowed.

An 11 kw electric charging station can be used for a fee.

Pros: Ganz tolle, liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, mit allem, was man braucht um sich richtig wohl zu fühlen. Herzlichste Willkommensgeste mit Brot, Butter, Wurst, Käse und selbstgemachter Marmelade, als auch Leckerlis für Joy. Sehr schön und ruhig gelegen, mit Nähe gelegenen Gassi Wegen. Immer wieder gerne, wenn wir in der Umgebung sind und wieder kommen dürfen!

Pros: Die Wohnung liegt zwar "unterm Dach", ist aber exzellent geschnitten, sehr ruhig, hervorragend ausgestattet und in schöner, naturnaher Lage. Die Lage in Garbsen ist ideal, egal ob man schnell ins Grüne oder nach Hannover Stadt rein will (Autobahnauffahrt ist keine 15 min. entfernt). Das Ganze ist nicht gerade billig, aber man bekommt auch was fürs Geld. Die Hausherren (bzw. Damen) sind sehr zuvorkommend, und einen Parkplatz gibst gleich mit dazu. Es war eine schöne Zeit die ich dort verbracht habe, und gerne wäre ich noch länger geblieben.

Pros: Wir waren vom 3.-9.7.2022 in dieser kleinen sehr feinen Ferienwohnung. Sehr nette Vermieter, jeder Wunsch wird erfüllt. Natürlich war für uns der Pool total super und haben ihn auch die ersten Tage genutzt, klasse!! Wenn wir wieder mal in dieser Gegend übernachten wollen, dann auf jeden Fall bei Familie Krobjinski. Viele liebe Grüße aus dem Vogelsberg
