"The staff was the highlight. The breakfast crew remember every morning that I wanted black coffee, so they ordered as soon as they saw me. They call your room to ask if you want breakfast or dinner room service. I thought it felt like upselling and was annoying. But things were good nonetheless"

"Loved my short stay at the property. Everyone was warm and welcoming; and informative about the places nearby which really helped me in exploring nearby attractions. The views from the property was just breathtaking as it had started snowing just a day before I reached Manali. Will visit again and stay longer next time. "Property is at a very good location. Hadimba temple and mall road and old manali is at walking distance. The view from the room balconies and terrace is good. Breakfast also has sufficient options and all of them tastes great. One issue was with cleanliness. The chairs on terrace/balconies etc was dusty. Even the furniture in the room was not appropriately clean. Another issue was with basic amenities such as hot water/geyser, hair dryer and heater. Hair dryer was limited in number and was...
