This hotel is surrounding with lots of local and western restaurants and within walking distance to the famous Ha Noi railway which has the residents so close to the railway!

Kim was exceptional! She went beyond to help me in everything I needed! She is the Best! Very friendly/professional and extremely helpful! She was always inquiring if I needed anything So that my stay was a memorable one! And it was! In fact I will be back to the hotel in a week!

The pictures that are shown on Expedia do not reflect in actual real world conditions. The front entrance area is dirty, run down and small/crowded. The hallways are also small and rundown, carpets are in need of changing, walls need patching up and painting. Family rooms need a major reno especially the bathroom. Sewer smell from the bathroom, caulking has black stuff on it(maybe mold) and water pressure ok to non existent. Shower area had a issue before my stay and they never patched the ceiling area around the pipes. Trang was most helpful in arranging to have us move to 2 seperate rooms at no extra cost. Those rooms were better. Thank you Trang. David was also very helpful. The location is excellent as the train street is very close(1 minute walk and lots of places to eat food) but the overall condition of the hotel is bad. They say that the hotel was built in 2016 but it looks like it's been in use for decades. I would look for somewhere else close by to stay in next time.

Great hotel for the price. Easy walking distance to anything you need - on a busy street. Staff were fabulous- very friendly, personable, and very accommodating to changes in our schedule. No major complaints other than had a massage and was very light and not very enjoyable.

I really don’t know where to begin. The pictures online are completely deceiving — in my opinion, a scam. The property shows clear signs of water damage, neglect, and age throughout. Our first room had a terrible smell coming from the pipes, so bad that we had to request another room. The second room wasn’t much better — still had a light sewer odor, visible mold, and tiny ants crawling around. Some light fixtures were hanging loose, and overall, the room felt dirty and unsafe. We even avoided showering because of how unpleasant it was. On a positive note, the staff was very friendly and genuinely tried to help, but unfortunately, no amount of kindness can make up for such poor maintenance. To all fellow travelers: don’t be fooled by the photos. This place is nothing like what’s advertised. It’s unhealthy, uncomfortable, and far from the charming experience it pretends to be. Stay away until ownership completely renovates the property.

夜到着で翌日はトレインストリート観光のために選びました。立地は良いです。 ただし、蚊が多く何度も刺されて悩まされました。 隣は工事をしており、早朝からうるさかったです。

Great location. Shower needs improvement.

The room was great, very spacious with balcony. The location was perfect, lots of authentic street food places and it seems that locals go there to eat judging by the number of motorbikes parked there. Only one problem was that the shower had weak pressure and the water was lukewarm.

Great place to stay

Great value and very helpful staff - stored our bags during Sapa trip and allowed us to sleep in a room for more than half the price when arriving back from sleeper train at 5am. Would recommend!

On oasis in the middle of mayhem :)

Great location if you want to be right in the middle of it all. Very busy, amid the hustle and bustle. I think next time I would not stay in this particular neighborhood, now that I've done it once. (And nothing to do with the hotel). Cheers to the hotel staff. Always there to help!!!!!!

Good hotel with friendly staff. Value for money. I read the previous reviews and this seemed all ok. Pro: Very Friendly and helpful staff. They help you when needed. They help us check our pre booked tours. Good breakfast. We even got a breakfast package when we had to go on an early tour. Good location in old quarter. The hotel is situated on a nice street with lots of local food options. Location is also safe. Walking distance to most of the attractions. Room was nice and clean. We booked a room with a view. We got a room on the back side of the hotel. There wasn't much view from the window but benefit was that is was also quiet at night. The hotel also has rooms with no window. These rooms actually have a window to the hallway in the hotel and are also quite ok. The rooms at the front of the hotel might actually be a bit noisy due to the restaurants in front of the hotel. Wifi was good. Con: Non actually. This is value for money. Only con can be that the rooms at the front might be a bit noisy at night due to the restaurants.

Great budget hotel in perfect location.

We stayed 4 nights the in the junior suite. The hotel is in the perfect location near great street food. It’s close enough to the lake and the Old Quarter to do everything you want to, but far enough away to not be too touristy. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. The steamed airport pick up and drop off we’re seamless and the breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here on our next trip to Hanoi.

Nice hotel in a very good location

The room was clean, spacey, quiet and very well priced. The hotel sits in a street with lots of restaurants and bars, but it's quiet inside. The staff were extremely helpful, they booked a train for us over the phone and pointed us to the best places in Hanoi.

Wonderful staff and great location

Really nice cute hotel surrounded by great places to eat. Staff were incredibly helpful and looked after our large suitcase for a week whilst we took a motorbike trip up into the mountains. Looking forward to coming back to this hotel and Hanoi!

호텔 주변이 조금 번잡하고, 골목안에 위치하여 택시를 타고 오면 찾기가 어려운 점이 있다. 공항에 오고 갈 때 요청하면 불러주는 자동차는 올때 $18, 갈떄 28만동으로 서비스도 만족스럽다. 객실내의 욕실 상태가 조금 부실하고 소음이 많다. 아침식사는 좋은 수준은 아니나, 전반적인 종업원들의 서비스는 친절하고 좋은 편이다.

Fantastisk bra service! omtänksamma och hjälpsamma. 5/5! Jätte bra läge på en mysig restauranggata, relativt tyst och lugnt. Gångavstånd till de flesta sevärdigheter. 5/5 Frukosten var helt ok. Inget speciellt men prisvärt. 3/5 Rummet var välstädat och bra i vietnamesisk standard. Visst buller från gatan. 4/5 I helheten ett jätte bra budget hotell.
