숙박 후기에도 꽤 언급되는데, 잦은 오버부킹으로 다른 호텔로 넘기는게 심함. 자매호텔도 친절하긴 하나, 자리가 남는데는 다 이유가 있음 (소음이 심하다거나, 청결도가 떨어진다거나)

위치는 정말 좋았지만 에어컨 곰팡이 냄새와 방음이 안되서 소음이 심함.4일 묵었는데 시트를 한번 교체해줌.직원들은 친절함.

スタッフの皆さんは、とても親切な対応でした。日本語は話せませんが、パソコンやスマートフォンのトランスレーション機能で対応してくれたり、エクスチェンジセンターのレートがいい所などハノイの穴場のようなところも教えてくれます。お部屋のお掃除も靴を脱ぐ習慣でもあるのか、綺麗にモップをかけてくれたり、バスルームは雑巾がけもしてくれます。バスルームの水はけも悪くなく大丈夫です。 朝食はビュッフェスタイルで、自分で取り皿に取るもの以外にも、オムレツやベトナムフォーなどフリーで注文できて朝から大満足です。また、泊まりたいホテルです。(^-^)

Amazing staff met at airport and taken to hotel efficiently staff at reception extremely professional and introduced to Lisa the hotel tour specialist who took my list of requirements for my stay in Vietnam and she came up with a plan for the whole trip including all flights taxis and tours at a price I couldn’t compete with and then followed me through my trip to make sure everything was going to plan

While the Splendora isn’t the newest or shiniest hotel, it has everything we needed - all the amenities (WiFi, tea/coffee, powerful a/c, satellite TV, welcome drink and fruit), spacious rooms, excellent location, and a staff that was simply incredible. The staff was welcoming, very sweet with our kids, extraordinarily helpful and really went above and beyond to help us have a wonderful visit in Vietnam.

Excellent location and outstanding service

The stay was made enjoyable by the dedication of the staff. In particular, Lisa Yu, Rosie. Thom, Alice and Phung serving a very nice breakfast buffet. Rosie, Thom and Lisa always went out of their way to help. From my observations, all guests were treated like family and attention to details. I highly recommend this hotel , and look forward to coming back.

Everything felt a bit old and worn

You could tell the hotel was dated and needed some sprucing up. We booked a no-window room since we were planning to just crash there after getting in late, then head out early, but to our surprise we were upgraded to a room with a window! Sadly though, when we got there, the room itself could've been given some car. There were stains on the wallpaper and everything just felt a bit old and worn, the bed also wasn't comfy :(

Two star at best. Filthy couches in reception area. Rooms very worn but ok clean. Air Con in our two rooms and guessing all the rest haven't been cleaned in years. I cleaned my own filter as to have them do it just seemed senseless as they would probably botch it. Visible mold around air conditioning was another obvious sign they do not know how to clean. Carpets in hotel where disgusting. Old bed and ancient mattress just sitting at top of stairs all week. Again. Disgusting. Breakfast was quite nice though. Sheets where clean. Not horrible for the price but there are better choices and the reviews in Asia if you haven't figured it out yet are mostly fake.

Perfect location, clean, amazing staff!

The hotel is clean and in the “old town” area which suited us perfectly. The price is right! They contacted us prior to our stay with an offer to pick us up at the airport. The front desk staff were the best ever. They really know about service and were so very helpful in giving us information on their city. They took it upon themselves to ensure that we had a safe and positive experience during our visit. Two of these wonder women are Alice and Thom but there were two others whose names escape me. The hotel itself is somewhat run down ie hall carpets very worn and I did have some concerns re fire safety ( no sprinkler system on 8 the floor and there was a bed blocking the stairwell). Front desk staff notified the Manager but the bed remained in the stairwell throughout our stay. Breakfast is available though we did not take advantage of this service.
