"The hotel wasn’t necessarily as “pictured” the hotel backs against train tracks which can be extremely loud in the middle of the night… they do provide ear plugs and there is a disclaimer at check in but I would’ve rather been made aware at the time of booking. The mattress was very uncomfortable and the vents were dusty. The view of the train tracks from the room was unpleasant with trash and debris everywhere. There was also a loud argument in the hallway around 6am which woke us up. The hotel was very convenient to the park and we were only there to sleep. I can’t say I’d stay again…."

"The only issue we had was our room keys had to keep being reset. This was very inconvenient and seemed to be a common occurrence."

"It was fine, the staff was courteous. The rooms were just ok with lots lacking in comfort - sinks were clogged, shower made a weird squealing noise and beds/bedding were ok. Nothing terrible at all, just overall a mid grade hotel. The staff was quick to change our room when we discovered the pull out mattress was missing , despite being a very busy check in night. The lady in charge of breakfast was a delight though. "

"The place was disgusting, I did not get the room I ordered with one bed. He had to switch me to another one because of the system or something. The sheets were questionable with stains all over them. There was one pillow that was okay enough for me to put my head on. There was no remote to the TV. The Wi-Fi did not work. I could not park near the room. I was put in and I kept having to walk or drive rather to The main property in front of it check-in window because apparently that property doesn't have anybody there after a certain time and I was freezing colds and I just wanted to sleep. There were handprints on the wall. The paint missing from the ceiling. There was trash literally on the left side floor of the nightstand or whatever was in between the beds. I would never had stay there if I had none and I almost left and sacrificed the money but was exhausted from moving for 2 days"
