"The place was disgusting, I did not get the room I ordered with one bed. He had to switch me to another one because of the system or something. The sheets were questionable with stains all over them. There was one pillow that was okay enough for me to put my head on. There was no remote to the TV. The Wi-Fi did not work. I could not park near the room. I was put in and I kept having to walk or drive rather to The main property in front of it check-in window because apparently that property doesn't have anybody there after a certain time and I was freezing colds and I just wanted to sleep. There were handprints on the wall. The paint missing from the ceiling. There was trash literally on the left side floor of the nightstand or whatever was in between the beds. I would never had stay there if I had none and I almost left and sacrificed the money but was exhausted from moving for 2 days"

"The hotel states that its smoke free but the 2nd floor smelled of smoke and weed. The bath towels smelled like smoke."

"There was no toilet paper or soap in the room and limited staff on duty so it was difficult to get more."

"The front desk staff were not friendly or helpful. The elevator was broken and the pillows were wore out. The price we paid for one night was not worth the amenities available. "

"My visit to Richmond and Glen Allen was perfect. My hotel room was comfortable and the Staff was personable and very helpful. I could not have asked for more. "

"There were roaches in the bathroom and saw them when we woke up about to leave. Staff wasnt friendly at all and were all on their phones. Worst place to stay. Im a season pass owner and wont be here again."
