"Beautiful property in a great location for walking around Richmond! The only missing star is because the shower's maximum temperature was luke warm/cool. It had a pulsing stream of warm a couple pulses then cool a couple of pulses. But the bathroom floor is heated and that helped."

"Check in was good. I asked for a low room and was given one. The staff were friendly and helpful. We had a snack of paninis which were good. The room was small and appeared clean and tidy but there were areas eg next to the bed, staining on the walls , that needed more attention. The bed sheet nowhere near fitted, about 8 or so inches short. There were snacks in a machine which we didn't use..£3 for a small Aero? All in all, a good cheap place to stay, convenient to Heathrow airport"
