"Stayed 4 nights, tried ordering room service twice and it was not always available, the restaurant Chet would not take any requests for room service. I even tried ordering at the restaurant and seeing empty tables, the manager said they were just too busy. The air conditioning was not great, couldn’t adjust the temperature, the room was too warm which is bizarre considering it was still cold out. Not planning on staying here again. "

Looked nothing like the light filled rooms on the booking photo Additionally you could hear the water from toilets flushing , showers and sinks from the room above Fine for one night but felt like it was a bait and switch for room received vs photos "

"Close to Heathrow, nice restaurants and bars close. Parking very easy. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Bed was comfy but pillows were well past use by date. Lumpy and far pillows. As ibis budget - shower was small but clean. Room good - just need to replace pillows."
