"Definitely an older walk up hotel, but clean. Close to shopping and restraunts. Neighborhood grocery store across the street. Mini fridge and coffee maker in room both worked well. Shower worked well, plenty of hot water. No AC, but a good wall fan. No on-site laundry or breakfast offerings although the sign in the hall indicates breakfast. Front door downstairs slams pretty loud, but we dealt with it. Good place for a reasonable price."
