"The rooms are very old. The headboard to my bed was off the wall as I walked into my room for the first time and needed to be fixed. In the meantime they let me change rooms. The 2nd room had a black hair on the pillow, an opened dessert wrapper behind the night stand and the fridge ice maker/freezer was inoperable due to it being frozen over. So I requested another room. My third room was a visible upgrade and was actually clean, who would’ve thought! The front desk was approachable about the issues but the manager and housekeeper were persistent on me not moving rooms and overall not pleasant to speak with about THEIR rooms that were not up to the minimum standard. The restaurants were sub par, very over priced and staff was fine. The overall establishment was decently clean and the rest of my stay went fine. "

"We did not have a good experience here, our heating did not work, and we told management who came to fix it quickly but did nothing. Also, our shower was broken and the faucet head fell off multiple times, along with the shower being the smallest enclosed space I’ve ever tried to shower in. The biggest issue that we had with our room was the fact that our sliding bathroom door was see-through and right next to the bed, which made it super uncomfortable to use the bathroom right next to the bed through a see through glass door. Overall, would not recommend; there’s so many better places in London, I would try somewhere else."

"Chose this hotel due to being directly off the M4 for easy access, and easy access to TfL services with bus stops outside the hotel linking to Hammersmith for easy transfer to tube services. On site car park is reasonably priced for London, although we were able to park for free with a Blue Badge. Also received a complimentary room upgrade on arrival. Amenities were excellent, clean and well looked after. One of the few hotels we’ve stayed in where all in-room tech worked with no issues. Staff were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay, and quick to help where they could. Could not have asked for a better experience and would happily stay here again!"

"I've stayed at the Hoxton Shepherds Bush several times and it's always extremely good. The staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning is hardly audible. Highly recommended."

"The heat in the room was intolerable even with a fan that was given. The AC clearly was not functioning and the room was at 29 degrees! When the staff was asked about this the only response I had was that the system is in the winter setting so heat is generated. A bit disappointed considering we have stayed previously. Most likely will never rebook again and go for other alternatives where the staff are more helpful and where the AC actually works! "

"Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Made my son feel very special with a small Easter chocolate. Breakfast was amazing, against the staff were very friendly and helpful. Restaurant was very clean with loads of food options available. Would highly recommend this hotel and with definitely be staying here again."

"The location is perfect. It’s on the tube line with an easy direct ride to Heathrow and King’s Cross train station. Also, it’s only a short walk to the river which has a lovely walk. It’s a five minute walk to Hammersmith Tube Station. "
