Every staff member was absolutely wonderful and helpful. Will definitely be my choice any time I return to London."

"The room we had was on a booked out floor of students and twice i had to complain to reception at 22:00 and sgain at 00:00 the noise was unnearable. I think hotels should notify you that the room you have been given may be noisy and offer alternative room. Not until the 2nd night was this offered. But we was leaving at 04:00 so didnt make a difference"
