"Great little spot, clean tidy, one of the beds was a like laying on a brick but apart from that great stay! Had everything you needed"

"Check in was quick as id checked in online so was given key card and away i went. Room was basic and i had an accessible room i think as i had a wet room type shower. Wet room was right ,i used the shower and water covered the whole floor all around the toilet and everything. Electrical sockets were few and far between ,one near the door which was fine for hairdryer as mirror was there but no good for charging phones. The other was in the other far corner and charger kept slipping out of socket . It was fine for me for just one night and location is ideal if you are attending an event at o2 empire . Very close to subways and plenty of food places etc around."

"The room was extremely SMALL. Guest services was rude and gave me a room someone else had already booked. The staff did not inform me of all amenities at the hotel. I had to find out where everything was on my own also no one showed me how to get to my room. As a Hilton property this was totally unacceptable I felt like I was in a days inn. This property is old and needs a major upgrade will never stay here again. "

"I've stayed at the Hoxton Shepherds Bush several times and it's always extremely good. The staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable and the air conditioning is hardly audible. Highly recommended."

"The heat in the room was intolerable even with a fan that was given. The AC clearly was not functioning and the room was at 29 degrees! When the staff was asked about this the only response I had was that the system is in the winter setting so heat is generated. A bit disappointed considering we have stayed previously. Most likely will never rebook again and go for other alternatives where the staff are more helpful and where the AC actually works! "
