Great hospitality staff. Room is very clean and bed is extremely comfortable. The location is super convenient. 4 train lines, directly to the airport and to the city center. Also, there is bus terminal in 3 minutes so you will not worry with the transportation at all. I come back to this hotel every time I go London!

The hotel was central to a large tube station, which was very helpful. Room was perfect for our stay, breakfast was honestly pretty good, and I appreciated the security measures to scan your keycard for access at night into the lobby

The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early.

The location for this hotel is fantastic, right across the hammersmith tube. The hotel/room itself was clean and the staff was super accomodating. I wish the rooms had a small fridge/mini bar so we could keep some food items cold. Without the fridge we had to make multiple trips to the grocery store to get ehat we needed cause we coildnt store anything. There is no parking in the building, however there is outdoor parking (3rd party) a few minutes walk from the hotel. Overall id recommend for a short trip with easy move within London.
