"First of all, they did not reply to my email regarding the airport shuttle. Second, while booking, the Expedia rates showed $67 CAD for a room and $ 90+ for a room with breakfast. I opted for the latter. But at check-in, we were told that for breakfast, we would have to pay 18 GBP for 2. I tried to send an email to Expedia, but could not find an option in the complaint list. So the first morning, we paid for breakfast, which was nothing but BASIC cereal and coffee. So those who are booking breakfast avoid it because you will find many cheaper options within 5 minutes from the hotel."

"The theirs bed (not requested) was awkwardly placed I kicked it nearly every time. The Beds and duvets were too short.. and too narrow… I needed two duvets to cover my body. I am 6’ not 7’! I did not like being charged a Service Charge after ordering food in the Green Bar This is not acceptable practice. No toilets in the Lobby atea is ridiculous. In my room the AC (which was noisy) stopped working cold after the second night"

"Took a bit of getting used to using an app to open all the doors but otherwise, it was a good stay-close to the tube and restaurants, highly recommend if you need a base while in London! "

"This is for hotel management. I paid over £200 to stay one night and I was in a room which had a bathroom flooding that I had to use towels to mop up at 4am and got little to no sleep. All I got the next day was ‘sorry about that’. Not even the slightest hint of, we will deduct a small fee from your stay as you had this experience. Just, sorry about that."

"Nice staff, very friendly and available. The hotel is tired. Loo y looks nice but rooms are very dated and hallways are "grubby". Main lobby lift was broken as were 2 other room lifts. The remaining lifts were so slow as well. Fridge in our room didn't work and the AC was wired up wrong (3 blower symbol was off and 0 blowers was on) Bathroom appears to have the apocalypse finish with silicone around the toilet. Beds on the firmer side. Room was very quiet though. Breakfast was not worth £21.50 per person, quality of the food was not up to scratch. The meat looked like it had been shown a light bulb and things like beans were cold even under a heat lamp. Poor selection of gluten free offerings (specific to us) we were assured we would have plenty of choice to pick from but tis was not the case. Overall hotel needs a refurbishment and serious though as to if you need anhotle breakfast as you can get a lot better for less in surrounding establishments "

"This was effectively a bed for the night as we going out locally. It was a very good stay. Bed comfy. Bar was nice. Otherwise didn’t really take advantage of the facilities. Staff on check in were also friendly and helpful. "

"Surprisingly really quiet considering how busy the streets area around the hotel. The option for an early check-in wasn't really a thing but the breakfast was really good for the value. Also, had dinner there was well randomly which was pretty good too. The bar wasn't open very late so there wasn't much of an option for late night drinks but either way it was a really nice stay."
