Staff were also friendly and kind, despite a slight language barrier as we did not speak much korean. There are cafes and eateries in walking distance too. "Fairly new hotel with fantastic location right in front of the Naksan Beach. The retail shops around the hotel were not fully open as it was non-peak season. Friendly staffs yet inexperienced and not very knowledgeable (especially restaurant host). 2 major flaws needs to be addressed: 1. Shower door knob is very tiny and impossible to open the door after using the shower. 2. Major elevator issue - had to wait at least 5+ minutes everytime trying to use the elevator. Mind you it was a non-peak...

"This place felt more like home to me I cannot wait to come back. I loved it so much. The hosts were amazing. Even the old lady at the coffee shop who directed me was amazing. I felt so relaxed I wish it was a longer vacation. The view of my room was breathtaking. The easy access to restaurants, shops and the beach was the best part. "Location right next to sea rooftop pool was good staff were very helpful with local knowledge and organizing taxis,resort is up and coming so a lot of building work around the area but didn't disturb us at all and beach was clean and tidy."
