The great room is the centerpiece of this house! Large windows and sliding glass doors open to a deck, inviting the outdoors in. The master suite includes vanities, a jacuzzi tub, and a large shower. The outdoor deck and expansive yard are perfect for dining or relaxing. Wind down around the firepit in the evening in this serene setting.

What’s nearby:
Harbor Springs’ downtown is just a ten-minute drive. The Boyne Highlands Resort and Nubs Nob Ski Resort (eight and nine miles away respectively) offer a plethora of winter activities that include skiing and snowboarding!

Great family home

This was not the property we originally booked due to a problem with house not ready at check in, Vacasa was able to immediately put us in this house in the same neighborhood on a Sunday night. Home was well equipped for our adult family of 5, very comfortable beds and rooms. Location was great for the ski resorts we were visiting. Space was large with plenty of beds for a large family or traveling couples together.

Great place to stay.

This house is lovely and has pretty much everything you’ll need for a vacation. A couple of items missing from the listing: there is a Keurig in addition to the coffee maker, which was bonus. Also, if you use a hairdryer you’ll need to bring one. It was not shown in the listing as an amenity, we just assumed one would be there. The house was clean, tidy and well furnished. The drive to Nubs Nob was 15 minites max. There is plenty of room in the house with a nice open floor plan.

Even better than we thought it would be

This property was even nicer in person than we thought it would be. Very clean. Master bed was very comfortable. Kitchen was nice with lots of utensils. Backyard was beautiful & very peaceful. Nice table for playing card games/board games. We didn’t use the fireplace but the option was nice. WiFi worked well. Great location, close to ski resorts which is what we were looking for. My kids were sad to leave & are already asking to come back.

Quiet and relaxing

Paperwork before check in was difficult especially for those who aren’t tech savvy. Location was perfect for exploring the area. The tree colors were beautiful.

Dirtiest bug infested place ever

This place has not been cleaned in months. There are tons of dead bugs all over the place and there was no Wi-Fi Internet or cable Tv . I contacted customer service multiple times from the point of walking in the door. My spouse and I had to walk around the house and clean the entire house before we could even put our stuff in there. I have videos and photos to show you. Someone also put a Coca-Cola can in the freezer and it exploded all over the place. I contacted customer service multiple times and they never helped to resolve this issue. I want some sort of refund

Very and in Great Condition

This property was in great shape, well appointed with everything you need as a renter and everything was labeled really well so it was easy to use everything. Had a wonderful stay with my family of 5 and plenty of room. Will return....

Great Fun!

Loved the house. Great layout. View out the back was wonderful and very private. Property Manager was quick to respond. Already talking about coming back. Would even enjoy the same house. Enjoyable experience.

Peaceful home in the trees

We loved the layout of the home but the outside areas were covered in cob webs and the kitchen wasn’t clean. We did ask the maintenance guy to fix the grill and he replaced it with a new one which we really appreciated. Our biggest issue was that on 3 occasions a mouse ran across the floor which put a damper on our entertaining.

Skiing for spring break

Property was well equipped even for bigger groups. Quiet, comfortable. A bit further out of town than we would have liked, but overall we were pleased! Wished we’d had a bit more instructions—on the community amenities etc.

Peaceful surroundings

This home is beautiful and spacious! We had enough space for the kids to run around and dance and the grandparents play cards and join in on the dancing. The view of the sunrise from the main floor living space is a great way to wake up and get excited for the day! Thank you for sharing your home!

Relaxing Skiing Home

Family Ski Trip

Clean, sharp, nice, very spacious. Everything worked and home was quite cozy despite cold temps. Furniture in great shape. Cable, internet are fast and easy to you. Love that garage access is available! Nice touch. View out the living room windows is lovely. 15 minutes to ski hills. Amazingly low price for rental compared to so many other properties of lesser quality. Memory foam mattress in main bedroom is a killer, though. Ugh. Somebody needs to swap out several burned out light bulbs. Other than those two things, this place is a gem.

Absolutely wonderful!

We decided to visit Harbor Springs and this was one of the only properties that came up in my search since it was such late notice. It must have been meant to be, because this place is absolutely wonderful. It’s called “scenic sanctuary”, and that’s exactly what it was. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. The house is secluded. We used the wood burning fireplace most of the time we were there. The house has everything you need and more. The beds were comfortable, and my five year old loved sleeping on the rollaway bed in the master bedroom. I don’t think I have ever slept so well on a trip. It’s a very short drive to downtown Harbor Springs which is such a charming town. We had the best time playing in the snow and just enjoying the house!!

Nice location and decent property

Good space and great location. Deck was great spot for dining and just relaxing. Only issues were no fire pit (portable unit chained up in garage) and the grill was not usable (think disgustingly filthy) which impacted our meal plans. Didn’t use the country club but it looked really nice. So if you plan to golf, play tennis for go to pool you would really like the amenities.
