However, I would be remiss not to give a specific shout out to Sarah in the International Lounge. She was so pleasant, and welcoming each night. We would definitely stay at the Washington Plaza again."

The evening and night front desk team provided excellent service; they were professional, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The valet parking staff were also outstanding—quick, courteous, and efficient. On top of that, the room itself was very clean and comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, everything from the service to the accommodations was top-notch. I would definitely recommend and look forward to returning."

"The canal had no water and we were disappointed because this was the reason we booked the hotel. It wasn’t what we expected but we ended up enjoying ourselves with the hotel being right in the midst of Georgetown. It was clean and tidy and very historic. The bed was comfortable. The room was kinda slanted due to its age but we got used to it!"

"Spent five nights on our visit to Arlington mainly because of the hotels great location, close to transport and an array of dining & cafe options. Now I have to mention the wonderful interactions we had with both Ruth and Ashley at reception, they are absolute gems and great assets to the hotel. The room itself was on the fourth floor (408) it was close to the elevators but there were no noise issues either from elevators or other guests, the only noise issue was from the a/c unit, so we turned off the a/c whilst we were in the room and honestly it wasn’t required, the room temperature was perfect for us. The room had the usual spacious Hyatt Place layout and was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, the bathroom is compact but clean & functional. Breakfast was the standard buffet you’d expect. Definitely the place to stay in Arlington. "
