Although I checked in quite late at night, the process was very smooth. The reception staff, as well as the other staff, were all very kind and helpful, which made my stay very comfortable. The room was also very clean and well maintained, and I had a very pleasant stay.

Pros: Our room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was good with a variety of things on offer. Staff were friendly and polite. Location was excellent for restaurants, shops and theatre. Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable, lots of plumbing noise when the toilet was flushed and when the shower was in use. Also plumbing noise in our room when other rooms flushed their toilets, like a weird chirping noise. We unfortunately had noisy neighbours arguing and crashing and banging until 1am (this was not the hotels fault).

Cleaning on the staff and the bar and the breakfast is not bad very good body electronics in the rooms are somehow fault. There is no remote for the air condition. It doesn’t have a control.

The only problem was parking as the hotel car park was closed as they are refurbishing. There is a big multi-storey car park next door but difficult to find the entrance. Otherwise good place for an overnight stay. Staff are friendly, rooms nice and lovely breakfast.

Excellent value for money. Staff polite and helpful. Plenty of choice at breakfast with food and drink and also for once a toaster that didn’t need your bread putting through more than once.
