"Good location and very convenient for the park and lots of restaurants close by. Once you figure out how to get in and out of the property it’s fine. The rooms are clean and new. The breakfast was OK. However there are so many restaurants in the area that offer great breakfast deals. The hotel is very comfortable and we will look forward to staying at Sparks again. There are two Sparks in the area so check which one you are booking. We stayed at the Hummelstown property which we liked very much. The Park location is also very convenient."

"The guestroom itself was nice and clean. The common areas were another matter. The emergency exit door could hardly be budged, which is a safety issue. On the Hotels.com website it notes EV charging station. The front desk person knows nothing about that. They did not have any. Minor room issues included a toilet seat, which was the wrong size, a toilet paper holder that was ready to fall off the wall, and a slow sink drain. There was a closet directly across from my room, which I believe was open all night. It was a disgusting mess inside."

"I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Upon arrival, I discovered there was no body wash provided in the room, which was an inconvenience that should have been addressed before guests checked in. I reported the issue to staff not once, but twice during my stay, and nothing was ever done to resolve it. Being ignored after bringing up a simple request multiple times was extremely frustrating. The noise level was also unacceptable. The neighboring guests were extremely loud, making it difficult to relax or get a good night’s sleep. Unfortunately, there seemed to be little to no staff presence to address the issue. Another major concern was the lack of management and employees available. The front desk was frequently unattended, making it difficult to get assistance when needed. When I did ask for help connecting devices to the TV and internet, I was treated as if I was an inconvenience rather than a paying guest seeking basic assistance and was made to feel like I was stupid for asking for help. To make matters worse, the elevator had a strong odor that smelled like urine throughout my stay. It gave a very poor first impression and raised concerns about the cleanliness and upkeep of the property. Overall, the lack of customer service, poor responsiveness, cleanliness issues, and failure to provide a comfortable stay left a very negative impression. Between being ignored when reporting problems, the constant noise, and the unpleasant conditions."
