Lake Coeur d'Alene is as beautiful as it gets, and this vacation condo in Harrison is the perfect place to play, stay, and have a whole lot of fun! Sleeping four guests, this condo includes access to volleyball courts!

This wonderful condo is in the Arrow Point Resort right on the lake, and boasts plenty of amenities and lake views.

Step through your front door and fall in love with the Northwestern country feel! In the living room, you'll enjoy relaxing and watching something on your flatscreen - it has Smart TV features like Amazon Prime, Pandora, and HBO GO. If you can't all agree on what to watch, you'll find flatscreen TVs in every bedroom.

Complimentary WiFi is also offered, so bring your laptop with you to take advantage of this wonderful feature!

Cooking is easy in your fully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, and all the appliances you need, including a dishwasher! This room is connected to the dining room and living area, where you can sit, eat, and chat about your day on the lake!

This condo accommodates up to four guests. You'll enjoy sleeping in two lovely bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. This condo has two full bathrooms, including one en suite bathroom with double sinks.

Make your way out to the patio and enjoy your barbecue grill and small dining area that overlook the lake.

You'll also enjoy a private washer/dryer, air conditioning, and elevators to all floors.

This resort includes access to an outdoor volleyball court - perfect for having some fun and getting a little exercise while you're at it. You'll also have access to the beautiful marina.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful property, terrible property management

We have stayed at this condo 5 times, and we love it. The views are great, beds are comfortable, always very clean. However, it is very hit and miss on what works, especially the fireplace. We let them know right away that it wasn’t working and they promised to send someone to fix it. No one ever contacted us, even after repeated promises they would get it fixed. We have contacted them other times for things and they always say someone will contact us or come out, and no one ever does. I think it’s the local management that isn’t good. It would be nice if they just said they can’t fix it, instead of promising to come and never doing it, so you feel like you are waiting for them the entire stay.

Peaceful escape

Beautiful property. The road in is an amazing drive IF you are good with winding roads. I love them. If you are a family bring beach stuff as the pool area doesn’t have anything except for the private club right beside you. Kids see an aqua bouncer and there is a restaurant too BUT only for the private club. Also bring coffee or tea if you need to as they don’t supply that. The ice maker also does not work so bring ice. Everything else was magnificent. The view is spectacular.

Great get-away

We loved the property on the lake! The views were just amazing and although it did take about 20 minutes to get into the town, the drive there, and back was beautiful.

Beautiful views, terrible property management

This place has the most incredible views and is decorated to make it a cozy, relaxing getaway. We have stayed at this property multiple times and absolutely love it. That being said, the property management is terrible. There were burnt out light bulbs, cupboards being held closed with post it notes and white tape, and the fireplace did not work. We were disappointed that the fireplace didn’t work because that is one of our favorite things about this place. We contacted them to let them know and they said they would send someone out. We had tried everything before contacting them, and they kept sending vague responses that weren’t helpful. They said someone would come out to fix it, so we spent the whole day waiting for someone to come. Eventually a kid showed up, tried the switch on the wall and told us, “yeah it’s not working”. He told us someone else would come out the next day. No one ever came and the property manager quit communicating with us. If they would have told us from the beginning that it wouldn’t get fixed it would have been fine, but we spent almost our whole getaway waiting for someone to come fix it. It made our visit extremely disappointing and you can just tell that they aren’t fixing anything, it’s definitely gone down hill since our last visit.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. A few minor issues should be addressed such as master bed which sinks in the middle and kitchen cabinets that don’t close. None of these issue had a major impact on our stay. Overall place is nicely decorated and a great place to unwind. Property manager was excellent with communications.

Deceptive outdated listing

The MBR mattress made me long for the rice paddys of Vietnam. The Wi-Fi worked for 2 days, then went dead. The MBR toilet runs on every 10 minutes all day and night. The dark, woodsy decor needs an update from its initial installation in 1995.

Perfect place to unwind and experience Coeur d’ Alene

This property wasn’t quite as described on the VRBO website. It was BETTER. Very peaceful and scenic location, literally feet from the lake. Only a couple of minor issues had to do with the fireplace being inoperable and the distance to town. The latter actually contributed to the overall charm of the place as we didn’t have any traffic congestion or unwelcome noise. Absolutely a beautiful rental property that would recommend to anyone seeking serenity.

On The Lake

Great lake front unit! Well appointed kitchen and living areas. Bring ALL of your supplies - there are few options other than heading back to CDA (about 30 minutes). I think we may have gotten lucky in renting dock space at the neighboring marina (Discovery Marina / Gozzer Ranch). I would not head there again with a boat without having previously made arrangements for a slip. The lake is busy on the weekends but you may nearly have the place to yourself mid-week!

Nice place, beautiful view

Easy chicken but they never mentioned that the name of the building was S or the number for the condo was 205. We had to figure that out ourselves. Toilet was running so we needed to turn off the water and the fireplace didn’t work. But overall this is a lovely property, quiet With a beautiful view

Relax and recharge

Very quiet and beautiful location. Disappointing that the fireplace did not work. Overall it was a wonderful couple days of disconnecting from stress and spending time with friends. Would love to have opportunity to go again. Well supplied with many amenities

Car was broken in to in parking garage!

Property was nice overall and as listed. -Gas fireplace did not start. -Our car was burglarized in the parking garage. No cameras. No contact from anyone at the property when I contacted them.

CDA Lake Condo

Beautiful location. The condo was nice and clean. The king bed was as bad as others have mentioned. The closets and cabinets were so full they couldn't be used. The fireplace stopped working half way through our stay. The toilet in the 2nd bath leaked around the flapper and ran constantly. The only quiet days were Sundays. Every other day there was some type of outdoor construction or adjacent unit remodeling which started early in the morning and went on until well after dark. Relaxing during daylight hours was pretty much impossible.

Absolutely beautiful and peaceful.

My only complaint is that we didn’t get to stay longer. The area is stunningly beautiful, peaceful, and the condo is so comfortable. Covered parking, easy key code access, comfortable beds, and whatever we need at our fingertips. We loved it.

Very nice lake front condo

We had a great stay in this condo. Easy to make the reservation and good communication on the questions I asked prior to our arrival. The location was good, great views, right on the lake and very quiet and peaceful! The condo was well equipped, especially the kitchen. It was beautifully furnished, very comfortable and we enjoyed the personal touches. We liked having so many trails and hikes close by, lots of fun. There wasn't, however, much to do right on the property. There was not good access to the lake that didn't involve geese and goose poop. Our condo unit shared space on the grounds with a "members only" property and it would have been nice to be able to take advantage of a few of those amenities (pool, restaurant). We felt like those amenities were taunting us all week, lol As it was we had to drive into Couer d'alene for all activities and restaurants (30 minute drive). We did enjoy our stay very much with the following observations. We lost power for one whole day and had no flashlights, candles or the means to cook anything, the BBQ was even electric. We'd suggest having some emergency lights, candles etc. handy. We also think refreshing both bed furnishings would be good. Neither of the beds were comfortable. The master king mattress rolls to the center. The pillows were flat and lifeless and the linens did not fit well. The fitted sheets kept popping off the corners of the mattress.
