Harrisonburg is a beautiful, quaint town with the convenience of everything nearby, but not too busy like some cities. I love the fact that everything seemed to be within walking distance as well.

I love Harrisonburg, Virginia! It has a lot of shopping, dining, attractions, and Skyline Drive is a relatively short drive down 33 east.

I recommend Friendly City Grocery near Court Square for a small private grocery. Also, visit the Arboretum if you have time for a walk.

We like the college atmosphere, friendliness, and convenience to the interstate. It happens to also be half way between our home in North Georgia and our relatives in the Catskills

We went to a great restaurant for dinner called Clementine Cafe. Excellent vegan options and fun atmosphere!
"Clean and quiet. Nice stay overall. We appreciated the adjoining rooms. Would have liked to have more allergen friendly breakfast options to accommodate dietary restrictions. "
"This motel was amazing. This staff was so friendly and helpful. It was an unplanned stay due to my car breaking down but the staff took a lot of stress off of me just for being so friendly."
"I loved this hotel. The bed was sooooooo comfortable. The room was fairly spacious. The property was clean and staff was friendly. The breakfast was average. Too many carbs for those on low carb diets, but the coffee was fresh. We came to shop at the new Buc-ees and we will be returning to shop again. This hotel will definitely be our first choice when in the area. Highly recommended. "
