"We stayed here recently as it is one of our favourite hotels in Calgary. The spacious rooms and bathroom are marvellous and designed for the convenience of the guest. There is also a lovely restaurant in the hotel. Our only complaint was that we could not turn the room temperature down to what we like at night (which is a cooler room) as the thermostat wouldn't go below a certain temperature. That said, we were able to open the window which made a difference. This hotel is centrally located and you can't get a more convenient shopping and dining location. Highly recommend. "

"Staff were amazing , there was a wedding going on with loud music, they shut it down at 11pm or maybe the music was just turned down. We were on the second floor. They listen to my concerns about the music and I am sure that others had mentioned the noise as well as the hotel was booked full. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. "The home was excellent for a large gathering of 6 adults and 3 kids under 6. Well furnished with 4 beds and a well stocked kitchen. We were walking distance to the zoo (although south entrance was closed for the season ) and a busy shopping area with shops, convenience stores and bars. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communications with the hosts were excellent."
