Great staff firm bed

The staff was great but the room wasn’t what we thought it would be. We thought it would be small house/condos but it’s set up more like a motel type style. The bed is EXTREMELY firm

Our stay here was amazing. The property is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. The rooms are simple but nice. Private beach and easy access to Harwich Port and Chatham for great food and shopping. We have already booked another stay with them.

The location of the property is simply great. It has its own private beach, and a wonderful deck area for guests. The common area for breakfast looks out at the ocean and the breakfast itself had a wide variety of items. However, our room was very basic. The two canvas beach chairs provided for seating were not very comfortable. The bathroom was very small. But, the king bed was comfortable and provided good support. I can see how it would be a very popular destination in the summer months when there would be plenty of outside activities, but we visited in October, which limited our options.

When we arrived - we were taken to our room - which was no bigger than a large closet with no balcony or views. The ceiling angles made it difficult to walk around - my husband is 6 feet tall. We were very disappointed with Travelocity's choice of a room. We ended up having to pay much more money to get a larger room and had to move after two days to another room. The staff was wonderful to accommodate us and helped us in every way. I will never use Travelocity again for a hotel room. The property is beautifully located on the beach and a great breakfast each morning.

Great Cape Cod escape!

The Inn at the Beach is in a wonderful location and very appropriately named! The inn is meticulously well-kept and the rooms, while very small, are well decorated and comfortable. The parking is convenient and the outdoor patio areas are wonderful!

Très bel hôtel. L’accueil est parfait. Le petit déjeuner face à la mer est très agréable. Seul bémol le confort du lit. Pour ceux qui veulent être au plus près de la plage demander une des 2 chambres sur le sable face à la mer.

I got a call the day before checking in to see about what time I would be arriving, Stephanie wanted to be there to greet us! Unfortunately we had a late check in but she was so amazing and sweet, gave me specific instructions about getting my room and basically said "I'll leave a light on for you"! Felt like coming home...

Das Inn on the Beach hat einen eigen Strand mit Liegestühle. Vor allem mehrere Lounges ( Sofas ) mit Gasheizungen. Hier kann man seine eigenen Getränke oder speisen gemütlich einnehmen. Das Frühstück ist o.k. Das Personal sehr Freundlich und Familiär.

Well for one thing it’s right on the beach. The room that we had was small but clean. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed the outdoor fireplaces on the deck at night. So much to see and do in Cape Cod. Did I mention that the place is right on the beach and has it’s own beach area😀

Perfect location!

Perfect location, friendly staff, very clean and well kept, reasonable rates. It's right on the beach, step out your door onto sand.

Great Cape getaway...

Location was great. On beach with great deck. Hosts were very hospitable and care about the enjoyment of all their guests. Very nice continental breakfast. Will go back.

You pay for the setting

Beautiful setting and private beach! However the room is very small and slightly outdated (no rugs, just a wooden floor, old hair dryer, not super comfortable). Also, the continental breakfast left much to be desired especially for the amount of money you're paying (went off season for about $200, not sure why it was that much). People at the front desk were very nice, and the fire pit ambiance outside was welcoming.

Affordable at the beach

This is a bright cheery place right with its own private beach in Harwich Port. The continental breakfast includes hard boiled eggs and whole fruit; so you're not forced to eat carbs only. All of the beach amenities are available, beach chairs, bikes. Short walk to Main street and the restaurants.

Great location on the beach

Lovely hotel in many ways, fantastic views and short distance from beach. Facilities basic - no bar or anywhere to buy even a soft drink or asnack snack. Continental breakfast was adequate but with a little effort they could have made it much better, most of the food seemed to be economy brands. Would stay again because it's relatively cheap for this part of the Cape
