Harwich Port Village — Private Conservation Setting · Sleeps 7 · Pet Friendly
The Setting
Tucked on a quiet hilltop at the edge of conservation land, this spacious Cape Cod home sits in one of the Cape’s most sought-after villages, Harwich Port, where a walkable Main Street, two working harbors, and genuine seaside character draw discerning Cape Cod families back year after year.
Step outside and the natural world takes over, conservation land to one side, woods across the street - open space, birdsong, and the particular quiet that reminds you why you came to Cape Cod in the first place. Walk to the village in minutes. Come home to a natural gas fire pit, a cold drink, and an evening that belongs entirely to you.
The Home
Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and 1,700 sq ft of open-concept living designed for families who want to actually be together. Cathedral ceilings anchor the great room, two oversized sofas, a Roku, and enough space for everyone. The adjacent dining area seats seven. A breakfast bar handles the casual mornings. The fully equipped kitchen is built for real cooking, not just reheating.
The main-floor primary suite has a queen bed, private deck access, and a wheelchair-accessible en-suite with an open shower which is ideal for guests who prefer single-level living as part of a larger group. Two additional bedrooms downstairs each have queen beds; the third also includes a twin daybed and a private workspace.
Outdoor Living
The outdoor spaces are where this home earns its keep. A large deck with alfresco dining leads to a stone patio built around a natural gas fire pit - best at dusk, as the conservation land settles into quiet around you. An outdoor shower handles the post-beach routine. The lush garden and backyard complete a private retreat that no resort can replicate.
