"I miss having a coffee pot in my room to make hot tea in the morning. "

"The rooms were very cleaned and looked like it showed on line. We also took advantage of the kickback time and ate dinner. The breakfast choices were amazing and well kept up. The only downsides were valet parking was a nightmare and expensive! The cost wasn’t mentioned online anywhere. Wait time for car pickup was horrible. We never got a text the night before as promised and they couldn’t find my car. We were late for our appt. Even though we checked out before 8am. "

"I reserved a room with two queen beds and upon arrival they did not have this available even though it had been booked for months. I was given a king bed with a pullout couch in my room smelled like smoke."

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Incredibly clean and quiet, and all around amazing. My only complaint is that the "bouncer" for the speakeasy was rude. He at one point told the lady next to me that we needed to "calm down" because we were laughing. It was saint Patrick's day weekend and the other guests in there were louder than we were, we just happened to be sitting near the doors. He also practically shoved me out of my seat when new customers came in and I was trying to say goodnight to a friend. "
