Perfect for a TEAM of people!

  • Beautiful and newly built townhouse that sleeps up to 14 people. Perfect for ball teams, family reunions, bridal parties, and much more. Within 1 mile to softball complex, walmart, many restaurants, children's museum, menards, starbucks, bike and walking trail and other great businesses. In a very quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view of the starry sky. Ping-pong table, corn hole and board games for entertainment. Nice big t.v's, internet, washer, dryer and dishwasher and fully equipped kitchen. There is a king room with attached bath and a queen bedroom with bath just down the hall on the main floor. The basement has 1 queen room, 1 room with 3 queens, a pullout sofa in the family room and 1 full bath. There's so much space and its perfect for large families, teams, companies and more. You will love it so much and will want to make it your home away from home!
