"I like that the property is Navajo-owned and within the Canyon de Chelly National Monument. The television reception was very good, with lots of channel choices. There was a pod coffee maker with good coffee pods. The ice machine worked well. We had booked a tour of the canyon through the property which started at 3PM. We were not allowed to check in before the tour started. I found the reception staff to be on the surly side. The nearby cafe was not accommodating to people with food allergies,...

"The second level room was bright and clean and comfortable. I liked the simple view and big windows. The fridge in the room was helpful and the TV and shower worked well. Plenty of convenient parking. The water didn’t get real hot but was warm enough. My only disappointment was we couldn’t have the buckwheat pancakes because a large tour was at the hotel so they did a limited buffet for breakfast instead."

"Check-in requested downstairs due to a recent surgery. I was told no, even though my receipt showed a downstairs room. Magnetic key stopped working, when I went to the office to get it fixed, no one was there (around 2-3pm). Had to find staff. Room smelled moldy and toilet didn't flush well/water was brown. Took off toilet lid to see issue, back tank full of mold. Then, over charged by $10"
