The over all stay was good. The only two things we did not like was the elevators were not working. We had to take the service elevator which was a little scary and took a long time to get to us on 6th floor. Im sure because every one else was using as well. The 2nd item was that the wings ordered from the restaurant were dry rub but over seasoned and crumby. I would go back again.

The elevators are extremely slow and the room I was in (333) was over the hotel entry. Guests outside were very loud until 2:30a. I could not sleep. At 12:30a, I called the front desk no answer and it took 3 tries to get a staff member who said she would call Security and ask the loud guests to relocate but never did. They continued another 2 hours. Very disappointed, this is a hotel for work purposes that I am/was hoping to stay at monthly

The hotel is on the older side but beautiful! They are renovating, but I love that the building is so classic, the lobby is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. The room was comfortable and clean. Really liked the shower! Staff was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again!

Better to book here when the elevators are fixed and the fire protection system is fully upgraded. We were directed to use the service elevator and that area was pretty beat up. PS: mattress way too firm for my preference.

It looks like they spent all their money on the lobby, because the rest of the hotel was terrible. The room's carpeting was dirty and smelly, there was no fan in the bathroom at all, no towel rack or shelf by the sink, which was outside the bathroom. The carpeting in the hallways was lifted and dirty. The elevators were not working half the time and we had to use the service elevators, which also took forever. Breakfast was not included, but cost $30 for cereal and other garbage they likely serve at Motel 8. The parking lot was full of potholes. Clearly whoever is managing this property needs to get fired.

The hotel is old and horribly maintain. As you come into the hotel the front desk staff doesn't even greet you, they are nasty and rude. The elevators are disgustingly dirty and once we got to the room the carpets were dirty and there was an exposed electrical box in the middle of the wall. Room service was the worse we ever had, orders were incomplete and the food was disgusting. Once again and even worse this time, the front desk staff was extremely rude during check out process. Overall, the stay was horrendous, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is not up to Hyatt Regency standards. Building needs a paint job, walls, halls, furniture in lobby a mess and filthy dirty. The parking lot needs an overhaul 2 of 3 elevators out and service elevators filthy. Carpets old and buckling. The staff are good thank god.
