"Location is fantastic as easy walking distance to IGA, coffee shops, pubs, visitor centre and beach. House layout was spot on and upstairs deck was great. Felt very private, secure yard. House was very clean. Great grassed area out back and the pool was immaculate. Well presented and we would look to rebook when we are back in Kalbarri."

"Amenities - mostly good and in a good location. However, it is listed as air conditioned but the two wall mount air conditioners are undersized for the rooms (living/dining and one bedroom). We felt it was misleading to advertise as air conditioned when there are only two rooms with air conditioners and they were undersized. The windows also did not close/seal properly. On the 40c days it made sleeping uncomfortable. The furniture and bedding was cheap and beds were very uncomfortable! Missing cutlery meant we had to share forks. Noise and sensor light for rear house affected the kids sleeping in the back room.I don’t want to be overly negative but a fe improvements would increase the experience and value of the property immensely!"
