"Get rid of the time share pitch people"

"Huge resort, can get lost easily. Suites are bright & roomy. Rooms that are not on ground floor can be difficult to get luggage upstairs (no elevator). Overall nice resort. "

"Staff was friendly. Elevator took a long time to get down and up. Looks very outdated. "

"Standard room, clean and spacious. Would advise to not stay on the ground floor near the pool. The walls are very thin and music at the pool is very load until they stop it at 10pm. You can also hear everyone walking and talking outside your room. The gate to the pool slams everytime someone opens it and thats very annoying after a while. "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Full size fridge and washer and dryer in the unit were convenient. Pools were warm and clean. Hot tubs were great for relaxing after long days at the parks. Within a half hour of the airport and all major attractions. Located on 192 with plenty of dining and shopping options."

"Room was not very clean when we check in. Great location near Disney parks but the resort fee and parking fees are insane. "

"The pool was nice, busy at times...had to get out early to claim a good seat. Room was cleaned once during our 3 night stay."

"Staff were lovely. Kind and accommodating. The gym wasn’t great, especially if more than 2 people are there to use it. It’s very small. Having laundry was super helpful! The breakfast was nice but minimal healthy options. Free parking was a blessing as so many places in Orlando it’s crazy $. We enjoyed our stay for the most part but unfortunately wouldn’t stay again as the air freshener being used in the hotel was so strong it made it hard to breath at times. "
