"Room was a little outdated"

"Not a place for business travelers. Not very clean and not enough towels, no washcloths. Check in process is extremely slow. Online check in does not work when purchased through 3rd party. Took over an hour to get checked in. "

"They charged me $84 claiming we were in our room at 3pm. We agreed, with the front desk, to have a free 1 hour extra (12 noon) checkout. They took my money that I had budgeted for food that day for my daughter. They said they needed to research and would let me know, but only after they figure it out can I get reimbursed, which takes 3 business days. I’m pissed!!!"

"Th property is in a great area. The girl at the desk didn’t seem overly friendly but maybe that was because it was 1 am. When we told her our keys wouldn’t work on any outside doors she just said others complained of the same thing and she didn’t know what to tell us. Cheap stay for one night but wouldn’t want to be there longer."

"The rooms are like a condominium, spacious, very well stocked with full kitchen dishes, pots, pans for cooking. Microwave, washer&dryer, dishwasher etc. The property is very clean. Multiple pools. Activity Calendar. Gated, must have gate key for entry. Would highly recommend this property. "

"Great location—very close to the parks and, if there’s no traffic, about 30 minutes from the airport. However, the smell in our room was terrible—a wet-carpet smell that made it almost unbearable to stay there. I asked to switch rooms; they said they would do it the next day, but nothing happened. The beds were comfortable and the pool was good; the only problem was the room."

"This is a really nice hotel and the service staff were great! The only issue we had was there were no washcloths until our last night there. Also, when we came in our sink drain would not open and someone had to come fix that our second day there. Besides those things, I really have no complaints with the hotel!"
