"Not good "

"It was not what I expected the pictures online make the space look bigger than what it actually is. The hot water did not work at a certain time I let the shower run for hours before it actually got hot. All the doors are sliding doors so there really is no privacy or real separation. Light in the rooms where minimal we have to use that and open the curtain for natural lighting "

"Awesome stay here! Just the food alone. Free popcorn and soda for snack time. Free dinner that included hot dogs, nacho, potatoes, salads and THREE free alcoholic beverages or sodas. And the breakfast had everything you could want to have. The pool area was also great. Definitely would stay here again!"

"Resort was great, applebees attached is convenient but the food and service there was terrible. Would recommend the resort but plan to eat elsewhere "

"The food is very overpriced, the staff in the front desk is obnoxious and housekeeping will skip your room for no reason so you come back to unmade beds and wet towels. Having said that, the waterpark was a lot of fun and the pool is nice and warm. The hotel is nicely located close to Disney Springs and all of the WDW Resort. So all in all it was a nice stay but there is definitely ample room for improvement in the service area."

"We stay at this hotel a lot. Price is fair, rooms are clean pool area is clean. For us we like to park our car and use Disney transportation. You can walk across the bridge to Downtown Disney jump on a bus travel to other hotels or go to a park from the other hotels. This hotel is a Disney property hotel so you can get into the park early with your stay here. Nice coffee bar in the front with snacks for packing to bring to the parks or just sit and enjoy them. You can enjoy drinks and lunch by the pool with full bar and grill at the pool. "

"All was amazing, with the exception of the day that we checked in the front desk the young lady at the desk completely ignored me, she was changing shifts and did not even said will be with you shortly. I kept asking and saying hello and she completely ignored me. Mia I believe is her name. You see when you go on vacation with your kids for a celebration and you are a client you at least expect acknowledgment and people to look in the eyes. That shows respect. That’s is the only thing really bothered me. Fire alarm went off and we had to evacuate the building, the staff on shift managed everything with lots of professionalism. This is our second time choosing this hotel."

"Lovely hotel close to major theme parks, outlet mall, Disney Springs, etc. Good home base for 4 nights. Pool is terrific. Food is good. "
