"This hotel is conveniently located near Disney and walkable to Disney springs. The hotel over all was very clean, but the bathroom could use better shower heads. Water goes everywhere. The food and drinks at the pool were over priced for the amount. A salad with shrimp, kids burger, and chips and queso with a margarita that was basically all ice was almost $70. The pool deck was also kind of messy, there was an upside down pizza on the pool deck, seemed like from the evening before… we got to the pool about 10 am… Curious as to what the resort fees were for when 1/2 of the elevators didn’t work… The staff was friendly and courteous. The room and hotel was clean. "

"We were given a top floor room on request, unfortunately, there wasn’t much to see! Not the hotel’s fault. We like the convenience to two of the parks. The only thing we didn’t like was how cold the temperature was throughout the building. We had to turn our thermostat off to be at all comfortable in our room. "

"We went for my birthday to enjoy the pool area. I LOVE lazy rivers and this was a big disappointment. It is long which is great, but it needs a lot of TLC. There was no shooting water from the spouts on the walls so it was very basic. The pool area needs remodeling and so does the hotel. We stayed in a room on the sixth floor that was open to the lobby. It was VERY noisy even being on the 6th floor!!!! If we ever stayed again it would be after they remodeled and in the other building. "
