On Mountain Time is an incredible getaway nestled in Masthope, a private community offering a plethora of amenities and activities year-round. This updated ranch home is the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation! The screened-in porch serves as a welcoming entry point, leading into a spacious interior with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. Please note there are neighbors around the house and sound travels far. We are trying to create a serene getaway for our guests as well as be respectful to our neighbors. So we ask that outside noise be kept to reasonable levels. To ensure this environment we have outdoor noise monitors.
Please note we have a minimum age requirement of 25 years old.
We require the majority of guests to be above 25 years old, with the exception of families with children.
Parking limited to 5 cars, NO RVs.
Well behaved dogs allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $75 per pet fee. AirBnb only collects pet fees for the first pet, additional approved dogs will be an additional $75/pet charged post booking.
8 Guests Max, regardless of age
We aim to set the standard for short-term rental experiences.
We will proactively notify you when early check-in and/or late check-out are possible.
Grocery Shopping - You can now use the Rosie app to order grocery delivery from the local Lake Region IGA in Hawley, PA
