I couldn’t have asked for a better Host with this VRBO. Everything went without a hitch and our hosts accommodated an early checkin for us that really made a difference. The house was spotless, well stocked and felt instantly like home (for us). This was a gem. We’ll go back soon

Worked well for our stay

Quiet location only 15min from Silverwood and shopping. Nice layout. 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom at one end of the house and the other bedroom with a private bathroom at the other end. It is dog friendly so the underlying smell in the house speaks to that fact, but it was not overwhelming. Property management was very communicative and responsive. We were allowed to check in an hour early for no charge, but not provided a 90min late checkout unless we paid 100 to do so, which we did not opt for the late checkout.

Peaceful with access to the garage

This house did not disappoint (but there are a couple things that could be fixed so I emailed the host). It is spread out so you don't feel right on top of each other. The house was super clean but the best parts were that you got access to the garage and the nice little packages in the bathrooms and the kitchen. We were there for an RC race and the cars and all of the equipment gets expensive, so we never leave that stuff in the cars. It is a pain to carry everything in and out every day so the garage made it so we could leave stuff in the car. The couch and beds were very clean and comfortable with plenty of spare pillows, bedding and towels.

Extended weekend stay for funeral

The house was exactly as listed. We felt comfortable and it provided everything we needed. The yard was beautiful and completely fenced for our dog, although the weather didn't cooperate for a fire pit gathering. We would recommend a new sink in the kitchen and new countertops, but the rest of the house was great. We enjoyed our stay and would do so again. Thank you!

Cozy

The house is very comfortable and has a cozy feel. The neighborhood is quiet. There is a small “airport” near by but the air traffic is minimal.Great backyard, plenty of room for your furbaby to run around in. The house is well stocked with needed kitchen things, although we did encounter an handful of dirty items, NW Hosting’s Kitchen Box had dishwasher soap so it was easily remedied. The Use of the garage is a big plus during a winter stay. The couch could use a steam clean but overall comfortable for our family of 4. The mattresses are a memory foam, lots of extra pillows in the closets if you need them, towels and bed linens are white which isnt my favorite but gives you that hotel kind of feel. Few tips: if you get are affected by strong smells be prepared to air the house out when you first get there because the cleaning staff loves their lavender spray, also make sure you pick up some extra toilet paper and paper towels and if you plan on cooking there, grab some cooking spray or olive oil. Luckily Walmart is just down the road.Overall we would gladly book this house again and NW Hosting has wonderful customer service and their staff was extremely helpful with anything we had questions on.

Great house to stay at

This is my second time staying at this vrbo. I was in hayden last September with a friend, so when making plans for a road trip with my 88 year old mom, this was an easy choice. I had a great experience last September and again this September. The house set up is nice, i love being able to park in the garage, and cook, do laundry etc. The backyard is nice and is fenced.

Pros -we stayed a week and gated yard was wonderful for our small dog. -bonfire was so nice every evening to sit outside with family. -BBQ grill was very convenient and worked great. -GREAT LOCATION -Clean, safe feeling neighborhood -huge washer and dryer -dishwasher -every kitchen utensil you could need -Beds are so comfortable in main 2 rooms -Home is spacious for 2 families to stay in. Cons -Stains on cloth couch -Stains on cloth chairs at kitchen table -Bathroom rugs were stained and gross, we had to wash them when we arrived. -Hardwood floors were so dirty throughout the house, we went and bought a swiffer and cleaned it the first day -Everytime we opened the blinds to the sliding glass door the pieces of the blinds fell -main bathtub wouldn't drain, we had to plunge it. -main sink also had draining issues.

We had a great stay. When i booked I didn’t know if we would have a dog with us, we didn’t but it has a wonderful fenced backyard that would be great (for a dog, kids or adults). Enjoyed being able to park in the garage. Would definitely recommend and i will definitely stay here again if i return to the area.

We arrived to property and there were blinds on the floor, I called to inform them right away. The house is nice and good location neighborhood was decent. The property management team was great easy to reach and fast to respond. The actual house needs so fixing up the baseboards were dirty missing paint and falling off thru out the house. There was missing pictures off the wall which were broken in a closet. I would still recommend this house for the price and location close to everything and like I said property management was great to work with.

Great place!!

We loved the house! It was well stocked, super clean and the mattresses and bedding were so cozy. We used the fire pit and my kids had a great time playing cornhole. It was a short drive to Silverwood and there were plenty of grocery stores near to pick up a few necessities. We will totally stay there again.

Clean and convenient

House is clean and has all the amenities, plenty of sleeping options for adults and children. 7 minutes from grocery store/Walmart, 15 minutes to Silverwood. This house is the best maintained one on the street but the neighborhood overall was incredibly quiet. Only request would be to know or adjust the sprinkler settings as they came on during the day and limited time kids could be in yard.

hidden gem

We hve stayed here, three or four times. It is a very comfy, house in a quiet neighborhood. The communication is great. Great for the pups. Looked forward to going there after stressful days for relaxation.
