Stunning Hayden lake views and sunsets from nearly every angle. 150' of shoreline with plenty of room to spread out on 2,000 sqft of decking cantilevered over clear deep water. 3 min to food, golf, salons, marina, Triple Play, movie theater. 15 min downtown CDA and Resort, 25 min Silverwood, 10 min CDA Airport, 45 min Spokane Airport (GEG)

Outside Goodies: Private dock with covered boat slip, hot tub, 2-person kayak, 2 stand-up paddle boards, plenty of sweet towables and floaties, gas cans for boat, lifejackets, beach towels, ping pong table, fishing poles, large BBQ w/ extra propane tank.

Inside Goodies: High Speed Internet, 3 TVs with Roku and YouTubeTV Cable service, blu-ray players with family friendly movies, dedicated retro Nintendo area, board games, puzzles, and shuffleboard table. Filtered water, Keurig + regular coffee pot, ice tea maker, ninja blender, ice cream maker, crockpot. Wet bar in living room, extra fridge/freezer in laundry room. Hairdryers, essential kitchen/bathroom/laundry sundries and consumables.

Floor Plan: Keypad entry with personalized code. Main level features spacious kitchen, breakfast nook, desk area in foyer, formal dining, formal living (queen sleeper sofa), family room with wet bar, bath with tub, laundry room with utility sink. Upstairs features another living room flanked on one side by by two (queen) bedrooms (one with desk) and bath with tub/shower combo. On the other side...two bedrooms (primary-king; loft-queen, two full, two twin) and bath (primary en-suite with separate tub and 3'x 3' shower). Loft is accessed through a lockable door in primary bedroom and an exterior door.

Parking: Enjoy 2-car garage with openers and 6 additional paved spots. Room for boat trailer on site. No RVs. All parking is street level so no need to worry about steep inclines.

Family reunion

It’s a beautiful, clean and well maintained house. The only issue we had is no AC upstairs, especially in the biggest room with potential 8 sleeping people. Fans that were provided were not enough when outside temperature is above 90 degrees. Otherwise, we loved this house with a huge deck.

Dream lake and home with it all

Perfect vacation! My family ages 9-78 (including 3 teens) had the time of their lives. We came from 3 different states (LA, CO, WA), and this home and location was everything. Hayden Lake is a dream, and this house has more than you will ever need. So impressed!

This rental is amazing!

We had the best trip to Hayden. This home, although not new inside, was clean, stylish, and well equipped for our family. I think it has the best deck on the lake! The kitchen was well stocked with needed items. There were plenty of places to sleep, lots of towels, games for kids, and good TV options so we could get our favorite football game. We liked the layout of this home. Two large "masters" so both couples had amazing floor to ceiling windows and a view. We came in October, so no lake activities for us, but the fall colors and the sunshine were all we needed! We can't wait to come back in the summertime and rent a boat. My only advice to the owner is to put a gate to the side parking, away from the street. Cars fly down that road and you have to basically walk on the white line. Made us nervous for kids to get something from the car.. Thank you for sharing this amazing place with us!

Great location, amazing views!

The property has a lot of different options for entertainment from board games and shuffleboard to the hot tub and dock on the lake. Easy access to the town for stores and food.

LOVE LOVE LOVE

I wanted to buy this property I loved it so much! Wonderfully decorated, yummy treats for us left by owner, super comfortable bed and the hot tub was a relaxing diversion. I would definately stay here again!

Hayden View Lake House

The house was large and nice. The size of the deck and the grill was great. Access to water gear including life jackets, paddleboards etc. was beneficial. Bathrooms (mainly shower facilities) were not acceptable for a house of this size. The house is very close to the street and does not have sidewalks which is not the best for young children.

beautiful home

This was our first visit to Hayden Lake and we loved it. The house was just perfect for us. Beautiful inside and out. Loved the huge deck. Perfect location to the water and on land. We got lucky (on a cancelation I'm guessing) how we got this house for July 4th week. Fireworks were awesome to watch including what all the neighbors were setting off. We will be back. I recommend this property 100 percent.

Great Location, Communication and Wonderful Stay

The property is amazing. The location is ideal, the layout of the home is wonderful, very nice, large dock and the entire setup fit our group of 15 perfectly. Unfortunately, the deck is not in great shape, especially the railing and it definitely needs to be repaired, but still very usable space. Otherwise, incredible place. Home was completely stocked and appointed with utensils, housewares, etc., so we weren't in need of much in that regard, which was fantastic. Noted that one review mentioned only one fridge, but pleased to find that there is now a second small fridge. Excellent communication from the management company. Overall, a great experience and we had a fantastic time. We would definitely rent this property again and most likely will.

One of the best family vacations ever!!!

Property was amazing. Well furnished and supplied with everything we needed. Having life jackets, kayak, air mattresses, paddle boards and a tube for our boat made the trip really easy and fun! Location can’t be beat. Owner and property manager were easy to work with. We will definitely be back!

Summer Vaca

Thought the house was great. However, there were a few things that were a bit surprising - the slanted deck...and the fact that you had to go through the master bedroom to get to the kids room. Overall, it worked out well. I would suggest putting another refrigerator in the garage. We had a group of 16 and had to use too many coolers and bags and bags of ice. Just makes sense.
