"Extremely disappointing first stay. We arranged a 2:30pm check-in, but the accommodation was not ready until 30 mins later. On arrival, we were told to return in 10–15 minutes, only to be told again that it still wasn’t ready. This appears to be a recurring issue based on other reviews. The soft play area is outdated, dirty and unsafe, with broken equipment and a first aid box ripped off the wall. There are no safe pedestrian pathways on site; cars drive through the park from the main road, swerving around large potholes, making walking feel hazardous. There was no entertainment at all on the Sunday, which was very disappointing for families. Entertainment schedules were also changed without warning, and staff did not manage unsafe or disruptive behaviour from unsupervised children. The caravan itself had multiple issues: the front door did not lock properly, carpets were covered in dog hair, and the extractor fan above the oven was broken, causing smoke to fill the accommodation when cooking. Swimming was poorly organised. Sessions did not start on time, the lifeguard spent much of the session on his phone rather than supervising, and the changing rooms were tiny, dirty, and had no locker locks. Swimming bookings also cannot be amended via the app. Large areas of the site were flooded due to apparent drainage issues. Overall, the stay felt poorly managed and, in several areas, unsafe. We would not return unless major improvements are made."

"Flawless accommodation and extremely welcoming. We arrived quite late from Caen ferry but communications drom the hotel were excellent. Extremely comfortable room, great night's sleep. The breakfast was really good, generous and served with a smile. "

"All great tho we'd have liked the kitchen, especially the cooker, to have been cleaner on arrival. However the owner tells us he is going to renew his kitchen at this property which we hope to see next year when we come in March! We plan to return on a regular basis...."

"The house was fabulous, well equipped and in a fantastic location. Swimming pool and games room were a big hit with everyone. Easy access to neighbouring towns and shopping facilities. Easy access to a great beach."

"This accommodation is sub-par. Although clean enough, it is badly lit and care worn. We had no landing light all week and when we changed the bulb, it still wouldn't work. All the bedding needs replacing as it is thin and old and there is a horrible rusty old loo roll holder in the bathroom which needs throwing out. The place is generally badly lit ans gloomy. It feels like nobody cares about the place or about the poor people who spend their main holiday of the year there... We had to wade through ankle deep water to get ot the car after several showers - the parking area needs redeveloping - and the parking bays need numbering. Please do not reply that we could have contacted you during the holiday as these weren't emergencies or urgent sobit wasn't warranted. The whole property simply needs some urgent attention."

"Me and my mum loved our week away. The flat was in a perfect location with a gorgeous view. Very comfortable seating and beds and well equipped kitchen. Great and quick communication with owner. Didn't want to leave and would definitely recommend and choose again if we are back in the area."
