I would stay again as it was budget friendly and front desk staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Last minute reservation due to car issues needing repairs in Hays. Room clean, but toilet seat in bad shape and needs replacing in room 107. Breakfast filling, but no fruit or juice available.

The gentlemen that checked us in was fantastic and accommodating. The rooms were clean and pillows comfortable, The breakfast was hot and my children loved the biscuits and gravy. I would stay here again!!!
