Loved the whole experience. Property was lovely. Quiet garden that was relaxing to sit in. Room was was amazing and you had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was delicious and had a friendly atmosphere. Would recommend this place to anyone.

My stay at Holly House was for 2 nights in their single room with a shared bathroom. Although compact the room was adequate for my needs & reasonably priced. The freshly cooked breakfasts each morning were excellent with plenty of choices on the menu. The house and gardens were delightful and I highly recommend this country house accommodation. We had been working the weekend that we stayed at Holly House. Our host was so very kind when they found out we would be gone before breakfast they made us a packed breakfast to take with us. So lovely and supportive and the garden is truly a magical sight to wander through

A very pleasant stay. Very friendly hostess who provided the most fantastic breakfasts and made our stay a real pleasure. Set in a beautiful garden Holly house is very conveniently situated close to the Ashdown Forest for walks and a huge variety of interesting properties to visit. Highly recommended.

I loved the fact it was a cottage ! Loved the little porta hole in our bedroom and cute open cupboard with a curtain .. very rustic feel! The huge garden was beautiful and our host Andee was very helpful , she gave us tips about restaurants nearby and places to sightsee locally. Overall a lovely weekend getaway !!

Our stay was very pleasant. Our room was comfortable and very private. It even had a small private garden room attached. It is worth mentioning that the room temperature was very acceptable despite the heatwave at the time. The main garden, to which we were given full access was enormous and very beautiful with lots of different “rooms”. We understood from our host that it was an NGS garden and we could clearly see why. Our host was welcoming and provided delicious breakfasts at a time to suit us. The only puzzle was the workings of the rather small tv in our room. This could use an upgrade.

Her place truly felt like staying in a home, very quaint and quiet. Such a beautiful old house filled with history, and make sure you walk through her amazing gardens! Her breakfast was the best I had the entire time I was in England.

What a wonderful B&B. The welcome, the former farmhouse itself, the comfortable room & the extraordinary variety at breakfast were all impeccable. Seconds from the bus stops to/from Haywards Heath Station with express links to Brighton, LGW and London. Superb & would definitely stay again.

Pretty house in a quiet village on the edge of the Ashdown Forest with a wonderful garden. Host Dee was very welcoming and always happy to answer any questions. Excellent, hearty breakfast with lots of choice. Easy access to several National Trusts properties/gardens.
