Located about 15 minutes south of the town of Lancaster, this unique 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is perfect for families, friend groups, solitary enthusiasts, nature lovers, remote workers and much more.
Your “Rural Retreat” amenities begin with front porch rockers, keyless entry, a lake view, fire pit, grill, and picnic table. Inside there is an open living area with a full kitchen, Smart TV and Wi-Fi, reading nook, and laundry area. Each bedroom is set up for a peaceful night of rest. Nice secluded rural getaway

Nice 3 bedroom rural getaway, very clean and quiet. This was our second time staying here and will be booking again for the next trip to CMP later this year.

CMP weekend

Stayed at Blackmon Acres while attending a track weekend at CMP. The house and the property were just as described and I was shocked at how clean the house was. This was the best rental experience we have had! Extremely convenient to CMP and a great peaceful place to hang for a few days. Can’t wait to go back!

Perfect Spot for a CMP weekend

This place was the perfect stay for CMP. The property was just as described. The house was set up perfectly for this kind of stay. I wish it hadn't been raining so we could enjoy the lake view on our down time. We also recommend Heath Springs Pizza. Super nice staff and great food.

Once again, a lovely stay

This was the perfect landing pad for our weekend at CMP. The host was very responsive to any needs. The house is always clean. I just wish I had more time on these weekends to enjoy the views of the lake. We hope to be back again for our events next year.

Great property right where we needed to be

Ursula’s place was spacious, clean, and a great location for our family events in the area. We were just sad we were too busy to enjoy the view or fire pit! I really appreciated that it was so easy to find and well-marked, as not all of the properties in rural areas are. It had everything we needed and then some. We’ll definitely consider staying again.

Family Gathering

We loved the property!! The location was great for our family gathering, we had a few hiccups with the house, the burners on the stove would heat up then stop working, one of the pots in the kitchen had a hole in it, myself and a few family members were bit by ants, the house was ant infested, the host was very accommodating, she offered to bring spray but we had some, the communication was good, overall I would definitely recommend a stay here,

Cozy home

Nice place, a little on the old side. Bathroom in the master is strange and the floor felt spongie in spots. There's way too many lights outside the property. At night it would make the windows glow. There's also a bunch of cameras all over the place. Didn't feel like a bad neighborhood but that's the feeling you get with multiple cameras and flood lights. All in all it was a place to lay our heads at night.
