"Wonderful staff!!"

"The KIA was a rambling group of individual rooms, somewhat hard to navigate. The rooms were adequate, however the AC did not work. Luckily it was cool enough outside to open the windows. The airport is minutes away and the shuttle is easy to schedule. Had a nice pizza in the bar. The pool is good."

"The staff eas very helpful and nice can't say anything i didn't like would highly recommend"

"Phenomenal hotel to stay and wait for our Safari to start! Staff was wonderful and property is well kept."

"This hotel is like an oasis in the busy centre of Arusha town, next to the Clock Tower. It is a hotel dating back to the 1930's but the renovations would lead you to believe it was built in the past 5 years. The gardens are luscious with lots of vegetation. There is a pool and gym on site but had no time to check out either. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and knowledgable. The restaurant menu was great for breakfast and dinner, with lots of options. The rooms were clean. Not...

"Very spa-like hotel. Beautiful rooms with a cottage like appearance.. The estate is so beautiful, you can take walks to admire the garden-like landscape. Dining room is beautiful also. Staff very friendly and helpful."

"It’s just amazing."

"The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is great."

At breakfast, they accommodated my vegan needs & the cook even made fresh sweet treats for me. They helped me get a safe taxi to my starting tour hotel. I picked a Kilimanjaro view room & was given a 7th floor one. It had fantastic windows which would have made for a spectacular view but the clouds kept Kili hidden for my stay....

"After a long trip from USA, this hotel our room & bathroom was spacious, bed comfortable, lots of clean filtered water in the room with a tea pot and a variety of local teas. Gorgeous windows that could be opened to lovely gardens and landscaping. Pool was clean and staff very helpful. Food was good with vegetables that they grew right there on the property. Security was always available and helpful. Location is relatively convenient to the Cultural Heritage Center and not too far from the...

"Booked a two bedroom Presidential suite and front desk put us in one bedroom without telling us in advance they were overbooked. The room we were in had issues. When the GM stopped at our table at breakfast we informed him of issues. He went out of his way to rectify the situation and treated us to dinner and a ride to the spa. All staff very attentive and polite. Food was very good."
