VRFLX Seneca View Villa | Walk to Wineries

Welcome to Seneca View Villa, a VRFLX lake-view stay where guests can walk to wineries and breweries along one of the most sought-after stretches of the Seneca Lake Wine Trail.



Perched above Seneca Lake along the Seneca Lake Scenic Byway, Seneca View Villa offers panoramic lake and vineyard views, spacious gathering areas, premium amenities, and rare walkable access to some of the Finger Lakes' most popular wineries and breweries.



Two Goats Brewing is about 250 feet from the Villa, with Atwater Vineyards and Chateau LaFayette Reneau also within easy walking distance. JR Dill Winery and Grist Iron Brewing are nearby as well, although those walks require traveling along and/or crossing Route 414.



Inside, the Villa was designed for guests to gather comfortably while still having room to spread out. The home features multiple living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, and inviting spaces for families, friends, and wine country getaways.



The main living room offers lake views, comfortable seating, and a fireplace, while the additional lounge/game room gives guests another place to relax, watch a movie, play games, or enjoy time together after a day exploring the Finger Lakes.



The kitchen is designed for group meals and memorable stays, with modern appliances, generous prep space, an oversized island, coffee options, and everything needed for relaxed breakfasts, wine weekend dinners, or family meals at the house.



Outdoors, guests can enjoy expansive decks, lake and vineyard views, a private hot tub, seasonal unheated plunge pool, fire pit, outdoor seating, and space to unwind after a day on the Wine Trail.



The plunge pool is guaranteed open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Outside of that period, the pool should be considered closed unless we have specifically confirmed otherwise in writing before your stay.



The pond waterfall feature and putting green are shared with Bungalow guests when the Bungalow is separately occupied.



Whether you're planning a family vacation, wine weekend, graduation celebration, girls' getaway, holiday stay, or relaxing retreat with friends, Seneca View Villa provides an exceptional home base for experiencing the Finger Lakes.



Seneca View Villa is located along the Seneca Lake Scenic Byway in the heart of the Wine Trail. Vehicle traffic can be heard from the property.



Two Goats Brewing is located very close to the property. As an operating brewery with outdoor gathering areas, music, conversation, and other sounds associated with patrons and brewery activity can be heard from the property during operating hours and special events.



The surrounding area is also an active agricultural and vineyard region. During portions of the grape-growing and harvest season, nearby vineyards may use propane-powered bird deterrent cannons or other agricultural equipment. These sounds can be heard from the property and are outside our control.



Villa-only bookings are for registered overnight guests only. Additional daytime guests, vendors, ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, brunches, receptions, open-house style gatherings, or other organized on-site activities are not permitted.



For groups of up to 16 overnight guests, wedding-party lodging, retreats, offsites, or guests who want exclusive access to both homes, Seneca View Estate may be the better fit because it includes both the Villa and Bungalow.
