Great House in a great location

The house was the perfect basecamp for our stay in Helen, there is plenty of room for families and kids and the pool and hot tub made the stay even better. The house was clean and accommodating and very short distance from town. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Family fun!

The house was perfect and very big plenty of room for my grandkids to run around and play. There were a couple of dead cockroaches other than that the home was very clean. The furniture and decor in the home is somewhat dated, but it was nice not to have to worry about our grandkids breaking anything. The pool was very clean, beautiful and awesome thing to have the kids really enjoyed it as did all of our family members. We had a great time and would stay there again.

Family vacation

This property was ALL THAT and a bag of chips. Loved the space! The pool was wonderful. The cleanliness was superb. I love the fact that we had enough towels, and separate towels for the pool. The kitchen was well stocked with the proper utensils (minus a spatula), and pots and pans sufficient for cooking for the large size family. Beds were oh so comfortable. More blankets would’ve been nice. TV streaming services need to be upgraded to maybe Roku on all tvs.

Spacious In Ideal Location

Spacious house in a great location with a huge pool and quality hot tub. As others have also noted the house needs renovations, better beds, A/C, and could also use better stocking of cooking/baking tools and equipment in the kitchen. But overall would recommend. Also, a bear literally took a bag of food from next to the grill right before we were about to cook dinner.

Misrepresented Property and Unpleasant stay

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to address an issue that arose during my recent stay at the property I booked through VRBO, [Property Name], for the dates 7/24/2023 to 7/29/2023. I am disappointed to inform you that the stay did not meet my expectations and I kindly request a refund for the amount I paid for my reservation. Firstly, I would like to express my appreciation for your willingness to list your property on VRBO, offering travelers like me the opportunity to experience unique and comfortable accommodations. Unfortunately, my recent stay did not align with the description and amenities presented in the property listing. During my stay, I encountered the following issues: Misrepresented Property Description: The property listing provided a description that significantly differed from the actual state of the property. Cleanliness and condition of the property, water stains on the ceiling and down the wall, no good a/c in two of the rooms, shower in the game room, was afraid to sit on the furniture, roaches in the game room and in the dining room, not a lot of pool chairs as they were broken and put by the trash barn, hot tub had some soap or something in it, some of the outlets did not work, the entire house had old and dirty furniture, bathrooms were not upgraded and floors/baseboards/carpets were dirty, pot and pans were very old and very used. Other issues Lack of Essential Amenities; Poor Maintenance and Cleanliness; Communication difficulties
