Now is the time to take this opportunity to notify us of any lost items or damages that occurred during your stay before departure.
Discard all trash in the home and place it in the trash can bin located outside under the outside stairwell. Please DO NOT LEAVE any loose trash in the home or cans.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Property was as described. Communication with host was phenomenal. Location was perfect and home was clean. Would recommend nightstands in master for some clothes storage. Overall great stay would highly recommend this home and looking forward to coming back. Thank you.

Family Time

Came to Helen from Pittsburgh with my mom to visit my cousins. Unit was amazing. We spent all of our time on the patio and in the hot tub. The location is excellent. Loved out tubing trip down the river. Will be staying again soon!

Great trip!

We loved staying at your townhouse. It’s so beautifully decorated, clean and close to everything we love. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a great place to stay in Helen! This is our second time staying there and plan on staying again next summer :-)

Wonderful stay over Oktoberfest

Regal on the River was a great stay. Modern amenities, comfortable beds, relaxing hot tub, screened in porch for when the mosquitos were out and a great location. It’s in a quiet location away from the Helen traffic but a quick walk or drive to wherever you want to go. As a family that loves to cook, I wanted to say this place has the nicest kitchen I’ve stayed at with Vrbo. Had a hiccup checking in that wasn’t the fault of the host but they made it up and communicated everything clearly. Will stay here again when coming back to Helen.

We came back a 2nd time!

We visit Helen every year during the same week and after discovering this wonderful property last year we decided we would not find anything better than this beautiful spot so we returned for a second time this year! Perfect location, wonderful amenities very clean and you can’t beat the views of the river from both of the balconies :-) We love Regal on the River!

This rental was the most luxurious and well thought out rental I've had the pleasure to stay in. The host thought of absolutely everything for accommodations. We truly didnt feel a step out of our own home.

Great Thanksgiving in Helen, Ga.

This place was amazing! Very clean and affordable! My son loved the hot tub, feeding the ducks, fishing in the river and being able to ride his scooter. I was nice to have all the Christmas decorations up also. We will be booking again.

Mom’s weekend out!

The townhome was incredibly decorated, organized, and clean! The attention to detail in all areas did not go unnoticed! The hot tub along the river was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend this property, and would rent again!!

Wonderful Place to Relax in Helen

We loved staying at Regal on the River and found the location right on the Chattahoochee River to be relaxing and beautiful. We could walk to all the shops and restaurants in 10-15 minutes and then have some time to unwind by the river. This property is beautifully maintained and the property owner is very friendly and responsive to requests.

Lovely getaway

The condo was everything advertised and more. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. We appreciated the welcome basket with goodies along with the bottled water. I highly recommend this unit and would certainly go back again.
