Family Time

We had the best time. The condo was very accommodating for my family. It was right in the middle of town. Great Walking distance to everything. Each family member was able to have their own room. The beds were very comfortable. This is a very beautiful place and the host was very reachable and courteous. I would be back again.

This is year 10 for us coming to Helen for Oktoberfest and this is by far our favorite place. The unit is awesome, location is perfect and the owner maintains great communication. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Condo & Perfect Location

Great place to stay for a holiday weekend in Helen, GA. Main Street is right outside the condo. The Bakery across the street has wonderful pastries, Betty’s General Store has gifts and all your food needs, and the German town is decorated and festive!

Amazing location and great property! Walking distance to everything in town. Had a small problem with AC but owner was very responsive and got it fixed. Will definitely book here again.

Perfect Girls Trip!

My sister & I and our daughters stayed at the Sleeping Bear condo for a girls trip. It was perfect - plenty of space for us to hang out and catch up, four nice bedrooms with comfortable beds, and so close to town! We walked everywhere we wanted to go. John was a great host.

Visited Helen with girlfriends and really enjoyed our weekend. The property was located in the perfect spot for walking the town. Easy access and a comfortable home.

A great property and layout was perfect with the common space on the main floor. Need to have all light fixtures working and replace a couple o shower heads and all would be 5 star..

Great location! Only things that weren’t great was they left no extra garbage bags, few towels, and water pressure in all showers was nonexistent. But very spacious and great outdoor seating.

Great Location

The condo was perfect for our party of three adults and four children. The condo was clean inside and the beds were very comfortable. The outside balconies are wonderful. Could use some pressure washing but no big deal. Easy walking with young children to downtown. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place for family

Amazing location - cannot stress that enough. You literally will not need to drive once you arrive unless you are going outside of Helen. One of our travel members had recently had surgery and the downstairs area was absolutely perfect as stairs were challenging - it has a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, screened in porch (with hot tub). The wraparound porch on the 2nd floor is to die for. Highly recommend!

Awesome Centralized Condo

We come to Helen quite often. This condo is in the PERFECT location right in the heart of Helen, and you can walk wherever you need to go. It’s perfect for a large family, and the hot tub is definitely a plus. The owner was very responsive in coming to get the hot tub working for us, and it was such an enjoyable and relaxing extended weekend vacation. We will definitely be renting this condo again.

Exceeded Expectations

We hit the jackpot when we found this rental. The location was a major reason we chose this rental. We never had to use our cars once we arrived. We had a 3 year old so we were able to push her around in a stroller which made things so much easier. The condo was perfect. Everything we needed was provided. The condo was clean was very clean and we were very happy with our choice. This will be our go-to rental when we come back to Helen. Thanks again.. Ken
