"I was happy on the first day because on the outward appearance, it was clean. However, I took off my shoes and was wearing socks and these quickly became very dirty. The second day, there was no hot water at all. I wanted to have a shower and ended up having a cold shower, something I have never done before, which was very disappointing. I was so tired and wanted to unwind but after a cold shower, I was cold, and unable to settle for a while. There is no lift, so I had to carry heavy bags to the top floor. No one offers to help carry your bags for you. You are pretty much on your own with that. The tea and milk you get on arrival on the first day is all you get, there is no refill, if you want more, you have to make your way to the nearest shops."

"This was a unique find. Immaculate room, extremely comfortable, spacious, remote and quiet, peaceful stay. Best place to stay if you're a regular long distance commuter like me. I would highly recommend. Will definitely be returning in the future. Thanks for a wonderful stay :)"

"DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!. Parking available was ok, poorly maintained, hotel front door rotten, I had a deluxe room goodness knows what a standard room was like , the water ran out half way through having a shower. Noisy Water Booster pump running on and off throughout the night. Shouting and arguing from adjacent rooms. Went for the included breakfast, only to find if you wanted a tea you needed to boil a kettle, if there’s any water, coffee I had to wait for and find a clean cup, long life pastry in a bag, and the hot offering was sweaty bacon, that’s it just bacon ! , although there was 3 cereals in those dispensers , not sure were the milk was, possibly in the below counter fridge with someone’s Indian meal for 1 or a sandwich. Consider the above as nit picking if want, but in my room had a portable oil filled radiator, with a completely burnt out dangerous to life plug, with a portable appliance test label dated 2014, considering the recommended interval is 12-24 months. How on earth this hotel exists is beyond belief, there can’t be any repeat customers, especially when I booked my additional night in a very well known chain called Travelodge, you may of heard of them , was £18 a night cheaper!!"

"Breakfast was superb room was clean but bed was Broken and there was a problem with the kettle over heating when it was even on "

"We had a great stay with David. The apartment was lovely and facilities amazing - our family of 4 had a relaxing, fun weekend enjoying the pool, garden, games room and tennis court. Communication was great before, during and after. Great stay, highly recommended."

"We book the hotel, When we arrived at the hotel ,was told they had no rooms available. also they said that they couldn’t find our booking , then said that something may be available at a different hotel, when looked at the place there was no suitable parking . Also the man had not been able to confirm with the hotel, They now say there was a room and have kept our money."

"It was not great the first day, the carpet was so dirty and it just bought the general feeling down. However I noticed that the next day when I returned to flat, the flat had been cleaned and it felt a little better. The hallway to the apartment was dirty too. I am not sure who cleans it but it can be off putting. Musty smell through out the building like someone had been smoking in the hall ways and no one opened the windows there after Shops a little way off but if you have 30 minutes you can walk to them. If its cold or rainy which it was the next morning, maybe not. Staff at reception were friendly enough However."

"Room was comfortable. Parking outside hotel available and an easy 15 min walk into the town centre. Only thing was the noise from other guests as you can hear everyone come and go and there were kids running around the corridor until 1am on my first night."
