"The hotel is a little tired. However, I understand they are getting a light refresh this summer. When going to bed, I pulled my sheets back to see a dirty snot laden fitted sheet. OMG! They gave me new sheets, but after receiving the correct size, I had to remake the bed myself. "

"The hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The kitchen has basics and work well for breakfast and lunch. Close access to Moody Street is great for dinner. The room was very clean and the staff provided towels and sheets as needed. The only thing that could have been improved was booking and checking in. The hotel only opens bookings a few weeks at a time, which makes planning ahead a little bit harder. Our call to ask a question about the hotel before booking was unanswered and we decided to stop by to see if they were open. We had to call a number posted at the door to find the staff member. However, once we connected with them it was great. We stayed three weeks and were very comfortable. "

"Everything was very clean when we arrived, the housekeepers passed us at the door in fact, which also helped us get into the house faster. Susan was very responsive to our questions as well. The house was comfortable and a second home for us while our home was undergoing construction. We were so lucky that we were able to find something so quickly. Only recommendation— The living room needs another form of lighting, like a lamp. The overhead light was far too bright to watch TV and was the only light in the room so we brought the desk lamp in.
