A fairly basic hotel, not much around. Taxis are a rarity here, we waited for 1 hour at the station and made sure we ordered one the previous night on departure.

Vieillot et manque de personnel

SĂ©jour de passage sur un long trajet France/Portugal. Je ne sais pas si tous les campaniles sont du mĂȘme type Ă  savoir chambre de type Motel, mais je ne pensais pas qu'on pouvait dĂ©crocher le statut 3 Ă©toiles pour ce genre d'hĂ©bergement. Au delĂ  du logement, le vrai problĂšme que nous avons vĂ©cu Ă©tait le check-in qui a pris une durĂ©e de dingue car c'est le mĂȘme personnel qui tient le restaurant et qui fait le check-in. Du coup on nous prend avec au moins 15 minutes d'attente (sans personne devant nous) puis on nous dit le restaurant ne reçoit plus aprĂšs 21h alors qu'on Ă©tait arrivĂ© avant.

Campanile bon rapport qualité/prix

La chaßne des hÎtels Campanile offre toujours un confort et un accueil trÚs soigné et Hendaye ne fait pas exception. Personnel cordial, literie confortable, chambre propre mais petit déjeuner un petit peu moins gourmand qu'autrefois. Bref, on est jamais déçu.

machine à café à changer

à 13 euros le petit déjeuner j'estime que la machine à café doit fonctionner. 1er café long que de l'eau chaude machine HS, par miracle elle fonctionne à la 2Úme demande de café long avec un bon goût, mais quand j'ai voulu me servir un 2Úme café long (donc 3Úme tentative) trÚs peu de café mais beaucoup d'eau, café plus que léger imbuvable..... machine à nouveau HS. En conclusion pour 13 euros j'ai manger 2 viennoiseries et j'ai bu 1 café long, mon chÚre café.... mon chÚre petit déjeuner !!!!

Accueil agréable et souriant. Juste un détail au niveau des sanitaires : il manque un balai brosse pour le nettoyage de la cuvette. Sinon, la chambre est bien équipée.

Standard accomodation

The room was a very standard for the price but had the advantage that mine was on the ground floor with a door that opened onto a small lawn (useful when travelling with a dog). The breakfast had a very good selection. The parking area was ample and the area felt secure.

Chambre globalement propre. Des draps avec des taches "propres" je suppose. Une petite invasion de fourmis sur le bureau. L'heure de réservation piur diner doit etre respectée et impossiblr de prendre un apero si on arrive 15 minutes en avance. L'apero ne peut etre pris qu'a table. Donc retour en chambre pour attendre l'horaire exact.

Dog friendly?

We stayed here because it was described as dog friendly however there was no area for us to sit and eat dinner/breakfast with our small dog. The noise from other guests could be heard through the thin walls.

Good choice for a one night stop over

Campanile Hendaye is a convenient hotel for a one night stop. The reception staff are very pleasant and helpful. The room was functional and had coffee making facilities which was a bonus the only real let down was that the plug in the bathroom was broken and it wasn’t possible to have a bath.

Ma fille et moi mĂȘme avons trouvĂ© la chambre trĂšs bruyante (voitures toute la nuit), le sĂšche cheveux ne fonctionnait pas, les volets mĂȘme fermĂ©s laissaient rentrer le jour. J’ai Ă©tĂ© déçu et j’ai trouvĂ© que la chambre ne mĂ©rite pas les 140€ que j’ai payĂ© pour la nuit.

On peut comparer Ă  un formule 1

Avec ma conjointe, nous avions du Ă©craser sans mentir une cinquantaine de moustiques et ĂȘtre piquĂ© une vingtaine de fois entre 23h et 2h du matin, tout ça bien surtout fenĂȘtre fermĂ©e. Également une chambre Ă  dispositifs andicape, alors qu'il etait prĂ©vu un baignoire. Le lit dure comme de lĂ  Pierre. Pour 140 euro lĂ  nuit c'est totalement incroyable. Le matin on remonte l'information, on nous dis que c'est partout pareil....bref bien sĂ»r nous ne serons rembourser de quoique ce soit, heureusement que nous n'avons pas dĂ©jeuner la bas la note ce serai allongĂ© et peut-ĂȘtre mĂȘme la frustration. Ah oui aussi, la tĂ©lĂ© est impossible Ă  dĂ©brancher car entourĂ©e d'un compartiment boisĂ©, ce qui veut dire que nous ne sommes pas dans le noir car l' heure ProjetĂ©e par la tĂ©lĂ© suffit Ă  ne pas allumer les lumiĂšres la nuit. Bon l'isolation voilĂ  ça reste l'hĂŽtel vous avez compris ce n'est pas la maison. Rien Ă  ajouter, mais de 23h Ă  8h du matin ça fais beaucoup. 140 euros n'oubliez pas ce dĂ©tails.
