The neighborhood is calm and peaceful, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the natural beauty of the surrounding landscapes. Within a short 10-minute drive, you can reach downtown Hendersonville, where you'll find a variety of shops, cafes, and cultural attractions. If you're a nature lover, the nearby DuPont State Forest (20-minute drive) is a must-see destination, known for its stunning waterfalls and hiking trails. Lake Lure is also nearby and offers opportunities for boating, fishing, and relaxation by the water. A Whispering Stream is located 25 minutes from Asheville Regional Airport and approximately 45 minutes from the gates of the Biltmore Estate, making it an ideal and accessible mountain retreat.

This thoughtfully designed layout includes five bedrooms and four and a half baths. On the main level, you'll find the primary and guest suites, each offering a private ensuite bathroom and king bed. Upstairs guest rooms share a full bath with private vanities. The lower-level guest room with a queen-sized bed provides complete privacy with a full bathroom. The space is decorated with local artwork, modern furnishings, natural stone, custom tile work, and hardwood floors. The family room features a stunning stone and gas fireplace, while the large kitchen and elegant dining area are perfect for gatherings. Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If possible, an additional fee may apply, determined based on the time you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Pets: This home and property are dog-friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $130 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.
